Beside him, Shinno spoke up:
"Wooden boards... all right then. Even if they can't stop the bullets from a revolver, they can be used to obstruct Katsu Rintarō's view."
Having said that, Shinno picked up a wooden board.
Seeing Shinno's action, the One-armed Warrior was startled:
"Mr. Kamino, are you planning to lead the attack personally?"

"I will lead personally! Follow closely!"
The One-armed Warrior wanted to persuade Shinno to stay in a safe place and not risk his life at the dangerous front line, but his attempts were futile. Shinno insisted on personally leading the attack against the makeshift fortifications constructed by Katsu Rintarō and others, intent on taking them down.
