Evans shook his head somewhat sheepishly and said, "To enter the Star Tower, one must go through three trials. I lack the strength; the first time I only passed the first trial but failed at the second. The second time I got lucky and barely managed to pass the second trial, but still stumbled at the third. After taking the reward potion, I was teleported out. From start to finish, I never got inside the Star Tower, so I don't know what it looks like inside."
