The authority of heaven and earth is actually divided into three parts.
The "Qingxu Celestial Dao," now wielded by the Cyan Heaven, with the Great Dao Divine using the Dao Fruit to also mobilize the Power of the Heavenly Dao.
The "Lord of Mountains and Rivers," jointly held by the Three Saints of Divine Land.
The "Sovereign of the Four Seas," solely held by the Ancestral Dragon.
Leading to both their Great Daos being incomplete.
Yet, the Cyan Heaven Realm has been expanded countless times over the ages by the Nine Heavens, Divine Land, Ancestral Dragon and other Great Dao Divines.
Simply traveling from one island to another in the East Sea would take a lifetime, aside from those who achieve Dao and become Immortals, mortals could never leave their own "little patch of land" in their lifetime.
They are using other methods to perfect their "Great Dao."
