As he spoke, a mass of Dragon Blood condensed and flew towards the Cyan Dragon.
The Cyan Dragon consumed the Dragon Blood in one gulp, overwhelmed with excitement, licking the Black Dragon's claw. Its current intelligence was no less than that of a seven-to-eight-year-old human child; in another half-year or so, it is estimated to not fall short of ordinary human intelligence.
