Bella Acker felt a dull ache in her heart, and tears almost welled up again.
She lifted her head, forcing back the tears, then opened the file bag.
Inside was the contract she signed with Damian five years ago, her ID card which she had given him yesterday, and a set of keys.
"Keys?" Bella frowned as she rummaged through the bag and found another contract inside.
When she took it out and opened it, she discovered it was indeed a property transfer contract, for the apartment Damian owned in the city.
He gave her the house? Why?
Bella immediately took out her phone to call Damian Sinclair, but the call indicated the phone was turned off.
"Still on the plane?" Bella muttered softly to herself, looking at the unresponsive call with disappointment.
Since Damian had left, what would she do on her vacation on December 1st and 2nd?
Bella packed up the file bag and returned to the set a little disheartened.
After the break, everyone resumed filming.
