Damian didn't say a word and turned to walk out of the villa.
"Damian, stop right there!" Mrs. Sinclair shouted through her tears: "You are not allowed to chase after her! If you dare walk out that door today, I won't have you as my son!"
Damian halted his steps, "You can't catch a taxi here, I'll send her back."
"Damian, you dare!" Mrs. Sinclair rushed forward a few steps, grabbed Damian's arm, and cried: "Damian, even if your mother begs you, don't go out, okay? Your brother is watching us from the heavens. Damian, I'm begging you."
"Mom." Damian's face showed some discomfort.
On one side was family, the other was the beloved; no matter which side he chose, one would be hurt.
Bella hadn't gone far; she was waiting on the asphalt road outside the villa.
When Bea drove back, she saw her standing by the roadside and stopped the car in confusion.
"Bella, what are you doing standing here? Where's my brother?" Bea rolled down the window and asked, sticking her head out.
