Bea listened to her mother speak this way and couldn't help but tug her fingers under the table, signaling with her eyes.
Mrs. Sinclair held her hand down, forbidding her from speaking.
Aunt Sienna was about to speak when the waiter brought the tea, so she held back and only spoke after the waiter left: "Mrs. Sinclair, don't you think it's extremely unfair to hold past generations' grievances against Bella?"
"The debts of the father are paid by the son. This has been the saying since ancient times." Mrs. Sinclair's face turned colder by a few degrees. "If you came to me today just for this matter, then we have no reason to continue talking."
