Evelyn followed Caden Lockwood's gaze downward, shivered all over, and immediately hugged herself, angrily saying, "Pervert! Can you think about something else?"
Caden's smile deepened as he pulled Evelyn into his arms and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead, cherishing and loving her.
"Don't let your mind wander." His voice was soft and soothing, conveying a sense of reassurance.
"Oh," Evelyn responded.
She stepped out of his embrace, feeling a bit embarrassed.
Touching her stomach, she shyly said, "I'm hungry! I'm going to see if Aunt May has made dinner!"
Saying that, she quickly made her escape.
Watching Evelyn hurry away, a deep indulgence flashed in Caden's eyes.
Is she shy?
Life like this, although there's no "meat" to enjoy, is actually quite good!
If there were "meat" to eat, it would be even more perfect!
...
After dinner, Evelyn became increasingly uneasy.
Tonight, she was supposed to... give herself to Caden?
No way!
No way!
She's not fully prepared yet!
