"Then let's kill her!" The kidnapper shrugged, his expression indifferent. "Anyway, my ultimate goal is to kill you!"
"If anything happens to me, my husband will never let you go!" Evelyn clenched her fists, her voice filled with certainty. "He'll make you suffer miserably, wishing for life and death!"
"That's something after your death, you won't be able to see that scene," the kidnapper said nonchalantly. "If that day really comes, we'll compete again as ghosts!"
Seeing the resolute look in the kidnapper's eyes, Evelyn couldn't hold back anymore. Tears streamed down her face, showing grievance and vulnerability.
