Suddenly, a fierce and cold anger enveloped Caden Lockwood, while Julian Keaton shrugged, took a sip of coffee, and acted as if he hadn't spoken.
"My mom can't possibly want to kill Evelyn." Caden Lockwood shook his head, "My dad doesn't have the need to go to such lengths to kill Evelyn. And I found out that it was L who told Logan Shaw about Evelyn's kidnapping, so it can't be L either. Then... who could it be?"
"Could it be... someone coveting your woman?" Julian Keaton asked tentatively.
As if he thought of something, he quickly added, "I can guarantee! Eleanor is now confined at home and can't even step outside. And I know her temperament; she'd never commit murder."
Caden Lockwood hesitated for a moment, then gently uttered three words: "Shannon Dunn?"
Julian Keaton's eyes flashed with a deep thought before he asked again, "Does Shannon Dunn like you?"
