Logan was also looking at Evelyn. It seemed like he didn't know at all that his hand was being treated; he didn't even feel the pain.
Evelyn quickly looked away, remembering how she almost fell into Logan's arms earlier. She still felt flustered.
"Ouch—" Logan cried out in pain.
His gaze had to fall on Ashley, and his handsome face was full of strong anger.
"It's normal to feel pain!" Ashley said casually, "If you keep delaying treatment, it'll only hurt more! So, could you please be a man and stop acting like a child, huh?"
Logan glared at Ashley, unwilling to pay her any attention. When he looked towards the door, Evelyn and Yvette were nowhere to be seen.
As he got up to chase after them, Ashley applied pressure, and Logan was pushed painfully back onto the sofa.
"They've already left." Liam Shaw said coldly, "You don't need to think about anything else right now. If you like her, I have ways to help you get her!"
