Caden Lockwood sighed heavily and could only go to fill his stomach first.
Evelyn Morgan picked up the remote control and continued searching for a movie to watch.
Caden came over with a bowl and asked, "Are you full? Do you want a bit more?"
Evelyn looked at the food in Caden's bowl and pointed at a piece of chicken, saying, "I want to eat that."
Seeing Evelyn's little gluttonous expression at the sight of meat, a faint smile appeared at the corner of Caden's lips.
He sat beside her and began to feed her.
Lying there watching TV, Evelyn occasionally took a bite of the meat Caden fed her, thoroughly enjoying this gentle pampering.
After the meal, Caden had more work to deal with, and Evelyn watched the movie by herself but spent most of the time looking at the busy-working Caden.
