Jiang Feng carried the crabs back to the ranch.
He called Gelya and Old Sun to help wash the crabs with a brush in a large pot.
Then they set up water in the pot and started boiling.
Jiang Feng caught an especially large number of crabs. He kept eight for himself, more than enough, and let the employees share the rest.
These crabs were all quite large.
Jiang Feng went to the kitchen himself, found a small bowl, poured in oil, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar, then added a small spoon of sesame oil, and sprinkled a bit of chili powder.
Then, carrying the seasoning and a pot of crabs, Jiang Feng returned to his courtyard to eat.
The drone synced up to broadcast.
Jiang Feng sat in a cool spot, took a crab from the basin, and then took a small pair of scissors in his right hand.
He introduced to everyone:
"Eating crabs has its techniques. For example, with these freshly boiled river crabs, you should eat the legs first because they cool the fastest."
