At ten o'clock at night, Li Peifeng had almost finished packing. He managed to do it so quickly because he only packed some seasonal clothes, roughly a third of all the clothes in the wardrobe, and didn't even take single-layered clothes or down jackets, let alone the books on the shelves.
The first reason was to avoid trouble, and the second was a deliberate move.
By leaving some of his belongings behind, he could use it as an excuse to visit again for things, possibly even stay over, rekindle love...
"Knock knock~"
Just as Li Peifeng was zipping up his two large suitcases, Wu Wenyue entered wearing pajamas. She symbolically knocked twice on the already open door, stepped in, and glanced around: "How's the moving going?"
"Almost done."
"But there's still so much stuff left here!" Wu Wenyue frowned, pointing at the desk and the clothes still in the wardrobe, then she sat on the bed and patted it: "And the bedding, you aren't taking them?"
