"Ring, ring, ring." The alarm clock woke Su Mo from his sleep.
The morning sunlight poured in through the window, radiating a warm feeling on his face.
Su Mo, lying next to his pillow, called out to his phone that had been on all night, "Xiaoqi, are you awake?"
Qi Ling's lazy voice came through, "Hmm... morning... Mo Mo, I dreamt of you last night."
Su Mo asked with a smile, "What did you dream about me?"
On the other end of the phone, Qi Ling's breathing became particularly clear, indicating she was very close to the mouthpiece.
Her soft whisper seemed to sound right beside Su Mo's ear, "I dreamt that you gave me a kiss."
Su Mo's face turned red instantly, "Uh, cough... well, I'm off to freshen up, see you in a bit."

After the call ended, Su Mo stretched lazily on his bed.
