The easiest races to construct with are the Human Race and Elf, because humans and elves possess intelligence, and communication is relatively simple. Just giving a general command allows for territory construction to be completed.
However...
The Insect Race is different. The worker insects of the Insect Race have no intelligence—not just a low level of intelligence, but none at all. They only follow orders based on instinct.
Therefore, when it comes to specific orders, the difficulty in commanding is relatively high.
To command the Human Race, you simply tell them, "You all build xxx structure on that plot," and the humans can directly understand and then follow orders to execute.
