In her heart of hearts, Mivana didn't truly believe Westheid had the power to stop her if she lost control. Still, she appreciated the thought.
But Westheid couldn't stand anyone implying he wasn't capable. He was dead serious; he would never allow Mivana to just self-destruct!
'If I can't share this [Cursed Source Blood] Tier T0 Talent, everything about me—my looks, my body, my manners, my good character, my personality, even my very soul—will be destroyed!'
But he also knew that if Mivana truly went berserk, he probably couldn't stop her with his current strength. He'd be pinned to the ground and humiliated by the Bloodthirsty Beast. This wasn't a question of winning or losing, however. It was a matter of principle.
Westheid didn't voice this resolve to Mivana. True determination was proven by actions, not words.
"...Actually, you don't have to be so pessimistic. You lose your senses all the time now, don't you? But I've never seen you go berserk."
