Let's see his actions in the court.
Although Wang Chenghua figures he is secretly doing things for him privately, in Zhuge Rong's eyes, Xu Liang has already become like one of them...
So theoretically, they should unite and work together to frame Zhao Jie!
After all, no matter how good Zhao Jie looked in the past or how broad her social circle was, ultimately...
Right now, Zhao Jie is just a worm!
The opposing party's senses have nearly vanished, their ability to receive and convey information is completely lost, even if the administrative case is ruled against Zhao Jie, she won't be able to express a single word of dissent!
Given this, if he and Wang Chenghua collaborate, one making false testimonies while the other implements them, and perform a double act in court, no one will notice!
Having said that.
Xu Liang is deceiving his own partner!
"Burn the bridge after crossing, kill the donkey after the millstone, hit the cook after you're full..."
