"Yes, Messi has gone through several seasons of honing and consistent performance, and this season he's bursting with data again. It's so hard to keep up with him, but after today, the captain too has been at the top of the world!"
"Hahaha!"
Among the crowd, Gilbert appeared particularly excited, clapping his hands repeatedly and scanning the entrance for something.
Soon, he spotted the original price cards Jorson made for Ma'el, as well as the two price card gifts he gave Ma'el for his first Champions League appearance.
Thinking back, it feels like a long time ago... The highest price on those cards now pales in comparison to Ma'el's current value.
Feeling sentimental, he also thought about creating new price cards for Ma'el.
He wants to make one for Ma'el's rise from 30-45-70-105 to 135m as the world's number one, to be placed in his good friend's home, as a way to commemorate both of their journeys.
