Keith was bored out of his mind, getting a timeout and a scolding from Rei for doing such a thing to the two seniors. He tried to argue that it was beneficial for the two sorceress since it helped them to understand the basic fundamentals of self-healing with their own prowess respectively.
Nevertheless it was an argument of what was right or wrong but Keith decided to take a page of Rei's advice as the latter could only give out tips of what to explore with the strawberry blonde and orange brown haired girl of what aspect of their prowess that they should improve in.
Eunji was the easiest since Keith knew a lot of similar things to her prowess when it comes to improvement as he told her to focus on reserves, output and execution while using an innate technique and her newly passive healing technique at the same time before exploring more into the advance stuff although Keith still gave her an insight for resonance techniques such as to boost themselves or others and neutralising effects when hit by others technique.
For Rinka, it was easier than what he had expected since the ancient being had noticed the short girl to use mainly techniques that only involved manifesting blood before hardening them to form a weapon. Keith advised the girl to focus on trying to make a tendril or limb made out of blood to have better control of her output, reserves and execution if Rinka wanted to improve with the manifestation and hardening process.
"Is this how you manage to grow within such a short period of time during the internship?" Eunji asked, breathing heavily as she took the water bottle that Rei had gotten for her.
"Half and half? I only trained with him for my complex control of Aura Manipulation then used that for basic channel master technique to be able to use shadow and ice since it was the easiest thing to copy and to channel by myself since I've basically been exposed to you and senior Jinwoo." Rei replied as he started his own training by allowing the Fallen to tamper with the aura manipulation by depowering it completely, making it hard for Rei to manifest shadows except to try his best by using the same advice.

Rei immediately tried to use every memory that made him feel negative emotions such as guilt, anger and sadness. Memory of his abuse, loss of friends and the way he treated Sylvie back then.
The shadows were flickering as it formed a strong sense of negative emotion before Rei managed to calm himself down, not allowing his emotions to take control of him as he controlled the shadows to his will.
Bending it to his authority, he wasn't forcing the shadow to listen but rather to hear a command that belonged to a king. "Come forth!" Rei commanded upon reaching out with his left hand, the shadows immediately wrapping itself around his hand before it formed a claw.
"Impressive." Keith said throughout their mental link, "It hasn't even been a week and you only just started three days ago then now you have basic control of shaping them."
"What can I say? I guess I got a great mentor." Rei humoured the ancient being as it scoffed at him.
"Such flattery. If you're done with that, spar with Eunji to see how long you can last before even trying to challenge me." Keith teased as Rei sweat dropped, knowing that he could be swept down to the ground despite being a level higher than the sorceress since she had more experience than him.
"Nah. I'm good." Rei responded sarcastically through their mental link before Keith caught him off guard, "Then let me do it."
"HELL NO!" Rei shouted loudly as Eunji was startled by him.
"What? Did it say something atrocious this time?" The strawberry blonde asked since she discovered that aspect after that incident.
"Yeah. He was telling me to spar with you where I responded no before this devious bastard told me to let him out and spar with you." Rei replied as Eunji raised an eyebrow.
She already knew from the first day that the ancient being was already strong and had outclassed her but there was something in her pride that wanted to prove her strength and power to be there.
"Let him out. Just switch back when I tell you to." Eunji said as she stretched herself out, preparing herself to spar.
"WHAT?! THAT'S INSANE! I CAN'T LET HIM OUT JUST LIKE THAT!" Rei exclaimed before Eunji activated her prowess, manifesting a blade made out of crystal and blood.
"Here. A reason to let him out. I suppose that's what you made with him." Eunji said while smirking as Rei was possessed by the ancient being immediately who smiled arrogantly at her.
"Smart but not really. Can't tell any of the details since it's an agreement for us." Keith said before manifesting a serrated shadow dagger to which Eunji noticed some of the decorations to be shaping out a tooth of a dragon while shadows were emitting from the handle and blade itself.
"Weapon usage or all of the above?" The ancient being asked, curious and excited to how their spar would go.
Eunji didn't respond to his question as she immediately dashed in to slash her crystal and bloodlike katana diagonally to which Keith had no troubles at blocking it while holding the dagger upside down.
"I guess it's all out then." Keith smiled before slashing his dagger vertically which caught Eunji off guard by his sheer strength which pushed her a few feet away despite blocking it completely.
He was impressed with the way he used his dagger especially when the only person who she knew that used daggers to this level was Jinwoo and Rinks but the way Keith swung his dagger around felt like it was a part of him rather than a weapon itself.
Slashing horizontally before reverse gripping it to slash back again that broke her defense as she got kicked in the guts by him. It was alarming and exciting since Eunji felt like she needed to push herself further more as she slammed her hand on to the floor.
"Ice Release: Unyielding Palace Pillar!" She chanted her technique as pillars of eyes immediately formed towards Keith to whom the latter responded with his own.
"Shadow Art: Temporal Abyss Cleave." The pillars immediately cut down to multiple pieces as Keith immediately kicked one, two or three towards Eunji to which she dodged but it made a lot of mess which covered her view as she had to rely on the passive ability of her prowess.
To her surprise, there were a lot of signatures belonging to Keith as she tried to pinpoint which one was he as she immediately swung her blade towards her right side. A sound of metal clashing against another as she thought she got him but was surprised to see a shadow tendril that looked to be a sharp blade instead.
"What the hxll?!" Eunji exclaimed before being slashed by Keith by her left side, her shoulder immediately bleeding while he stood at the opposite side of the area.
The strawberry blonde immediately healed her wound as she channeled her spiritual energy to prepare to attack.
"Shadow Art: Shadow Paralysis." Keith smirked as Eunji immediately froze, her entire body immediately stopped moving as she couldn't move an inch.
The sorceress wondered what did he do to manage to subdue her before seeing him twirl around with his dagger on the right hand with blood on it which she thought was hers before seeing the wound on his left hand.
"Cheap trick right? It's a great combination as well for Shadow Art and Blood Art." Keith said before moving close to her.
Eunji was shocked at the creativity despite how small it looked from her perspective. It was like being beaten in chess when she didn't pay attention to a small piece that ended up becoming the vital thing to win.
"Great match." The ancient being said before withdrawing the techniques that he used, the dagger that he manifested along with the paralysis that was bound on Eunji had been uplifted.
"Anyways, you should focus more with simple and effective techniques rather than flashy ones that takes too long or too much of your spiritual energy." They stated before switching Rei back to control of the body as the latter breathed heavily, obvious strains from the possession.
Eunji scoffed as she moved her arm around and flex her muscles, trying to get a bearings of her body after being paralysed by him. "If you're gonna give more tips. Might as well teach me instead before disappearing." She muttered quietly although it seemed that Keith was able to hear it since there was a mouth on Rei's cheek that turned into a cheeky grin.
"Gladly." It said as the strawberry blonde felt annoyed before seeing Rei covered in wounds with slashes.
"Just because I'm having my fun. Doesn't mean that you are off the hook with your healing. Get back to work." Keith said as Rei started healing himself slowly, trying to stitch himself up which made Eunji sweatdrop at the situation.
'Maybe he's not that bad as I thought he would be…' The strawberry blonde thought to herself while also blushing at the memories of how Keith flirted with her.
