Palentine Hills.
The land that once supported the stadium of the St. Nero lineage is now a ruin of tarnished architecture and noble history.
Dragon's attack on Mary Geoise shook the heavens to it's core. Thousands of nobles felt fear for the first time since the Fisher Tiger incident.
When God's kingdom is invaded, the wrath of angels will fall upon the wicked.

Drip...drip...
"Do not tell me that you have lost faith in your capabilities now?" Tanoe teases, bloodlust sipping out of her tone.
"You could've cut off my arm." Ramos grits his teeth, clutching his right arm that Tanoe branded with a deep cut.
Tanoe raises her blade, "Kuishinbō no akuma" She calls her black blade.
"I advise you take this serious...it would be ashame for you to die so soon after promotion ~"
Rumble
The clouds above are darkening to an ash grey, thunder grumbling in warning.
"Ohh?" Tanoe tilts her head at the sudden violent turn of weather.
"Kumo Kumo no Mi." Ramos reveals his devil fruit, his skin taints like ash, the solid shape of his body curves inwards.
"I am a cloud-man." Ramos balls his fist.
Crackle
Lightning descended from the clouds onto Ramos's balled-up fist.
"Raijin's howl." Thrusting his arm out, thousands of volts of lightning strike at Tanoe, the blinding azure element slithers like serpents to its prey.
"Bleeding Sunset. " Crimson orange energy emits from her blade, Tanoe channels advanced armament haki to strengthen her attack.
WOOOSH
CRACKLE
lightning screeches as her vibrant slash diced the element in half, unrelenting with its pursuit of Ramos.
"Sh#t!" Ramos turns his whole body into small clouds, leaping to the sky to avoid the

Slash
Boom
Tanoe's strike connects with the earth of Palentine hill, cutting the cherished hill in two, humongous rocks crumbling to the ground, consuming the area in dust.
Rumble
A lightning bolts strikes at Tanoe from the heavens.
Whoosh
Rumble
Slash
"This is what I like, Ramos ~keep it up!" Tanoe laughs maniacally.
The devoted blade of God dodges the onslaught of lightning aiming to incinerate her.
"Great Eastern dragon. " Tanoe releases a burst of conquerors haki, creating cracks across the surface, black lightning bolts zapping nearby plant life. A snow white dragon coils around her, the majestic beast hisses at the clouds above.
ROOAAARRRR
Her dragon launches itself to the skies.
A hole appears in the grey clouds, Ramos's body morphs back to normal, his right hand is coated in armament haki, red lining of conquerors highlighted his pitch-black limb.
"Galaxy impact. " Ramos leans at the white dragon, paying homage to his master, he channels all his haki into one attack.
The dragon's mouth chomps down on his fist, creating an explosion of violent energy.
BOOOOM
Ramos and Tanoe's battle created a natural disaster, reducing the whole landmass of Palentine hill and ruins of Circus Maximus to nothing. Earth was mutilated by the two monsters.
---
After the destructive training session with the squires, Ramos would make his way around the streets of Mary Geoise's capital. His immense power and duty reduced to patrolling nobles that openly flaunt their slaves like property, some sadistic enough to take pleasure in slaves fighting for their lives as they drag their bloody bodies across the streets to carry the noble.
[End of flashback]
"My time at Mary Geoise was interesting..."
Ramos trails off at the memories.
"You actually destroyed Palentine!?" Shanks chuckles in disbelief.
"I've spent years glaring at the hilltop. Thanks for doing that." He surges his half full bottle of rum at Ramos.
"Tsk, don't praise me, old man. " The Admiral grumbles.
"What else you did you do up there?" Ben Beckman questions him, exhaling a puff of smoke.
Shank's crew are fully devoted in the conversation between their Captain and the Marine.
"Don't think I'm anything like you lot." Ramos points his finger at Shanks.
"My time there was to remind me of my true duties as an Admiral, protect the Celestial Dragons at all costs."
Shanks nods in agreement to his complaints. "That's burden of the coat you wear. All that strength just to babysit snobs."
Shanks chuckles out, a burly laugh filling up the atmosphere.
HAHAHA
His crew joins in his laughter, the deep cackles only added to Ramos annoyance.
Rumble
Thunder roars above them, clouds huddle together to prepare the storm.
"Come on kid, I got one good arm." Shanks fake begged, no sense of urgency at the clear hostility.
Click
"Calm down, kid." Ben points his pistol at the Admiral.
The rest of the crews laughter died down, reaching for their weapons incase things get out of hand.
Ramos's lower body morphs into a coil of clouds, grey-skin and his blonde locks jagged like lightning bolts.
Shanks unsheathes his blade, Gryphon.
"You Admirals and your annoying logia's..."
Shank's grumbles, standing to full height.
Bzzzzt
The ground shakes rapidly, the birds resting on the trees flew away from the island, nearby fish swam away. Nature stood still for the upcoming clash.
"Do you have a thing for fighting Yonko?"
"Shut up." Ramos deactivated his powers, the clouds separated, revealing the cloaked sunlight.
"Good choice." Redhair sighs, "Now then, to the real reason you are here."
"You got some nerve to order me around. "
Shank's rolls his eyes, ignoring the youth's complaints.
" A little birdie told me that you are acquainted to Teach's kid." Shank's tone lacked any comedic intention.
"You know Angelica?" The Admiral's eyes narrow on the Emperor.
"I know her father. " Shanks traces the scars on his left eye. " He gave me this scar...a tricky son of a b#tch."
Ramos is familiar with Marshall D Teach, a member of Whitebeard's crew and one half of the Davy clan members still roaming the blue planet.
"I know about Marshall betraying Whitebeard and my nephew Ace's unrelenting manhunt for him."
"Are you going to stop him?" Shanks studies my reaction.
"No...he made his decision, and I have to respect it." Ramos confesses.
"I see... and if Sengoku makes you hunt him down?"
"Why are you asking me this?" Ramos growls, flexing his finger which shoots out lightning.
"We both know the burden that comes with a notorious name. I carry nobility in my blood but sail the seas like any pirate. And you Ramos, whether you accept it or continue to live in denial, you will always carry the Will of D."
Ramos's face is cloaked by a shadow, the only signs of a reaction is his clenched knuckles, white as chalk on his knuckles.
"I'm not delusional to the possibility of me one day having to put Ace down, and I can not guarantee to you that I would fall through with the order. "
Shank's flashes a smirk, "Sorry kid, didn't mean to sour the mood."
Shanks stands up, stretching his tired bones. "You really are Garp's pupil. The bravado you wear like a coat and your eyes hold so much regret. "
"Care for a drink?"
The sea breeze eases back to land, seagulls singing freely in the sky and in the peace that nature brings, Ramos finds himself more conflicted then ever before.
'Garp, is this why you reject the coat?'
