In the original timeline, Perona switched to a single ponytail two years later.
That simply wouldn't do.
Luo Xing said seriously,
"Twin ponytails suit you. Don't change your hairstyle casually, got it?"
Perona, eyes still red and swollen, nodded while sniffing.

After Luo Xing left—
"Ah!"
Perona suddenly jumped up—
Only for her legs to give out, making her plop back onto the bed.
Fuming, she grabbed a teddy bear beside her pillow and treated it as if it were someone, tugging and pulling until stuffing flew everywhere.
"Tch… bullying me, bullying me!"
"You big bully!"
"Waaah…!"
Feeling thoroughly refreshed, Luo Xing called Jack and Who's-Who and prepared to return to Wano Country.
Before leaving, he told Gecko Moria seriously:
"A major event is coming soon. Get your zombie army in order.
When the time comes, we'll be making a big move."
Now far stronger than before, Moria was deeply grateful to Luo Xing and patted his chest confidently.
"Leave it to me, my lord!"
Looking at Moria—energetic, determined, and once again carrying the aura of a true overlord like in his prime when he once rivaled Kaido—
Luo Xing felt satisfied.
With that, he left Thriller Bark at ease.
Who's-Who did not return to Wano.
Instead, he headed back to Dressrosa.
After all, Dressrosa and Punk Hazard were currently the Beast Pirates' two most critical strongholds in the New World.
Punk Hazard was guarded by King, Sasaki, two hundred Gifters, and five Cybertronians—its defenses were solid.
Dressrosa, however, only had Ulti, Page One, and two hundred Gifters.
That was already strong, but adding Who's-Who made it far safer.
Luo Xing absolutely would not allow anything to go wrong in Dressrosa.
Not only was the SMILE factory there—
Viola and Rebecca were there as well.
While Luo Xing sometimes acted selfishly,
when it came to a woman's safety and reasonable requests, he took them very seriously.
That was why he taught Tashigi swordsmanship,
and why he had personally taught Perona Observation Haki the night before—
showing her how to make her Negative Hollows strike more accurately.
Enough of that.
On the way back, Luo Xing read the newspaper.
His bounty had risen to three billion Beli.
The Marines would publicly execute Fire Fist Ace, son of the Pirate King.
The Whitebeard Pirates would mobilize their entire crew to rescue him.
The Marines had forcibly summoned all Seven Warlords.
Among the current Seven Warlords:
Dracule Mihawk, the world's greatest swordsman
Bartholomew Kuma, secretly a Revolutionary officer
Boa Hancock, Pirate Empress and Luo Xing's ally
Jinbe, the Fish-Man Knight of the Sea

Marshall D. Teach, Blackbeard—the spark of the coming war
The Marines had gathered everything they had.
And though the pirates' side consisted of only the Whitebeard Pirates, they could not be underestimated.
Before Luo Xing's inventions existed,
Whitebeard's crew had been the undisputed strongest Yonko crew.
Whitebeard himself was the Strongest Man in the World, feared even by Kaido and Big Mom.
Though old, and suffering from heart disease—
A lion may age, but its roar still shakes the land.
And now, having consumed a Senzu Bean, Whitebeard would be far stronger than in the original timeline.
This war—
Who would win?
The entire world waited, filled with fear, excitement, and anticipation.
Luo Xing was also looking forward to it.
But not just to the Summit War.
To him—
The Summit War was merely the prologue
to a global conflict he intended to ignite.
The real show hadn't even begun.
He rubbed his hands together.
It was time to accelerate.
His system points were finally enough for another upgrade.
He intended to develop the Anywhere Door,
allowing Beast Pirate forces to deploy instantly across the world.
This war—
He would make the entire world tremble.
Back in Wano Country—
Yamato was the first to rush into his arms.
"Husband! I missed you so much!"
This trip had been long, and Luo Xing missed her dearly as well.
At the same time, he felt relieved—
Thankfully, Yamato's heart belonged to him alone now,
not to Oden as in the original timeline.
After a brief reunion, Luo Xing immediately entered the laboratory.
