The group started moving to the hunting spot on the quest paper, and some members of the group were already sweating and fatigued. One of them asked Yerva for something.
"Captain, you said the place was near."
"Yeah?"
"But we've been walking for 2 hours straight!"
"I know." She nonchalantly replied.
Yerva knew that they had been walking for 2 hours; it wasn't unusual for her after all, she's a half giant, so walking absurd distances without a break didn't affect her in the slightest, but upon seeing her comrades' fatigued faces, she decided that the party should take a break to regain their lost stamina, which was appreciated by everyone. As the group took their break, 10 people were put on watch, just in case they were ambushed.
The people who were sent on watch were Clad and 9 other people. They were put in a circular formation, a formation that consisted of simply being around the main group from afar, and then switching with other members when the watchers require a break, allowing them to call out incoming danger to the other members of the party.
Clad calmly sat in a tree, watching below as the party started collecting what seemed to be fruits.
"I'm bored," Clad thought as Jill shouted for him from below.
"Hey, Clad!"

"What?" He shouted back.
"Catch it!" Jill shouted as she threw a fruit at him, which he caught. He looked at the fruit, which looked like an apple, but it was purple. He looked at her eating the fruit as she gave him a thumbs up, approving of it. The man took a bite out of the fruit and found the taste like water and sugar. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what he expected it to taste like.
"Thank you!" He shouted at Jill before she left to join the rest of the group.
Clad finished eating the fruit as he watched the dark green and purple forest. The plants looked as if they came out of a work of fiction made by a fairy, he pointed out as he suddenly heard a faint shout from the other side.
"Hey, get down from here, wyverns are coming!" One of the adventurers who was also on watch said to him from below, making Clad jump down the tall tree to run towards the team.
As he reached the party, he saw for the first time what wyverns were; they looked like dragons but were significantly smaller in size, and had four limbs, with the two front limbs being winged.

"Everyone, prepare for battle," The half giant shouted as they quickly picked up their weapons and put themselves in position.
"We aren't even close to their territory, so why are they here!?" Yerva thought as she lifted her hammer.
