Athena looked at Odin, a wide smile forming on her face, and said:
"So… our race now possesses a sacred weapon, doesn't it?"
Odin looked at her and nodded calmly.
"Yes, Athena… indeed. Our race has become stronger with this weapon."
As soon as he said that—
he raised his hand slightly, and a small storm rose in the area.
Moments later, the metals he had taken from Forn appeared, as if the wind had carried them from somewhere far away and dropped them in front of the bone table.
The moment Poseidon saw those metals, he immediately stood up from his chair and bent down to pick up one of the pieces.
He held the metal in his hand and poured some of his energy into it.
He expected it to crack… or crumble, as usually happens with most metals.
But—
nothing happened.
The metal remained exactly as it was.
Solid… unshaken.
Poseidon's eyes widened. He then looked at Odin and said in astonishment:
"These… these metals, brother, are suitable for making impenetrable armor for us. We should forge armor from them."
Hades looked at Poseidon's actions with confusion and said:
"Did you really use your power, Poseidon? It didn't break? How did that happen?"
At that moment Athena spoke while looking at Odin:
"Did you take them from Forn, Odin?"
Odin nodded.
"Yes… I took them from her."
Then he added thoughtfully:
"I think she stole those metals along with the sacred spear… and then fled the human empire."
He paused for a moment, then shook his head and said:
"Actually… she fled the entire continent of Mira."
Athena laughed lightly with sarcasm.
"Of course she did… she's a thief, isn't she?"
Hades looked at Athena seriously and said:
"That's not what matters right now."
Then he pointed to the metals on the ground and added:
"What matters is… what will we do with these metals? We are not skilled enough to shape them into armor. They might even be destroyed during the forging process."
Silence fell around the table for a moment.
Odin stared at the metals, thinking.
After a few moments he said calmly:
"Why don't we kidnap one of the dwarves to forge the armor for us?"
The moment he said that—
his siblings looked at him in surprise.
Poseidon said:
"Will you really do that, brother? Isn't that difficult? You won't go yourself and will send that raven… but it's dangerous for the raven to enter the continent of Mira, especially the dwarven kingdom."
Then he added seriously:
"The dwarves are famous for possessing many strange artifacts. They might discover the raven before it can do anything."
Odin laughed lightly and shook his head.
"Don't worry, brother. My raven may look frightening… but it is very skilled at hiding in the darkness. No one will find it."
When Poseidon saw Odin's strong confidence in his raven, he finally fell silent.
If Odin trusted it this much… there had to be a reason.
Hades looked at Odin and nodded.
"As long as you're confident… let's do it."
Athena, however, was looking down from the mountain toward the village where they lived.
Then she suddenly said:
"Why don't we make use of Forn in this matter?"
Everyone turned to look at her.
She added:
"She must know a lot… right?"
Then she smiled slightly and said:
"Let's see if she has information about the dwarves… and about their most skilled blacksmiths."
Odin nodded.
"Yes, you're right, Athena."
Then he paused for a moment, as if a sudden thought had crossed his mind.
"By the way… how are the children? Has any of them awakened their power yet?"
The siblings looked at each other in surprise.
Then Hades said slowly:
"Don't you know, brother?"
Odin raised an eyebrow and looked at him.
"Huh? Know what?"
Poseidon answered instead of Hades:
"Don't you know that all our children have already awakened their powers?"
The moment Odin heard that—
he was deeply shocked.
He immediately stood up from his chair and released his spiritual power to cover the entire island, then began sensing the presence of all his children… and his brothers' children as well.
A few moments passed—
Then Odin laughed lightly.
"Yes… yes… excellent."
Then he added, his eyes shining:
"In this way, we are getting closer and closer to our goal… to become a high-ranked race in this world."
Athena looked at Odin and said:
"It seems you were busy with the giant child and Forn… so busy that you didn't even have time to know that."
Odin nodded while sighing.
"Yes… the giant child has been taking up all my time."
Then he added with a slight smile:
"And that woman, Forn… I had to make her trust me completely. That was truly difficult."
But the moment he said that—
he suddenly remembered that he had left the giant child alone all this time.
He disappeared instantly.
But before vanishing he left a quick sentence behind him:
"Poseidon and Hades will take care of the children… and Athena will handle Forn."
Hades and the others looked at the place where Odin had vanished, and there was a hint of sympathy in their eyes.
Poseidon said in a slightly calm tone:
"It seems raising that child is really difficult."
Athena looked at him mockingly and said:
"Try raising a huge child made of volcanic lava… then tell me whether it's easy or not."
Hades and Poseidon imagined that scene for a moment—
A giant child… a body made of lava… running everywhere.
After a few seconds—
both of them lowered their heads strongly and said at the same time:
"Hah… that's a walking disaster."
Athena looked at them and shook her head while saying sarcastically:
"I'll handle Forn and find out what we want from her."
Then she pointed at them.
"As for you two… train the children to use their powers and guide them."
Then she asked:
"Do you understand?"
The two brothers nodded calmly.
"Yes… yes."
Poseidon thought to himself:
At least this job is easy.
Hades also thought:
Surely… it's not as difficult as raising a giant lava child.
Hades and Poseidon looked at each other after that thought—
and realized they had thought the same thing.
They laughed softly.
Then they disappeared quietly to go do their tasks.
Athena shook her head while laughing lightly.
"I only hope… the children don't kill each other during training."
As soon as she said that—
she too disappeared from the place, beginning her mission.
