Odin and Forn walked quietly through the village…
After a short while—
they left it and began walking across the island.
The atmosphere was calm…
and silence surrounded them.
Odin looked at Forn—
then laughed lightly and said:
"What is it?"
"Are you going to stay silent like this?"
Then he added in a soft tone:
"I feel like you want to tell me something."
"What is it?"
Forn hesitated…
then looked at him with clear shyness and said:
"Do you…"
She paused for a moment, then continued:
"Do you think about marriage, Odin?"
Odin looked at her for a moment—
then shook his head and said calmly:
"I don't have time for that."
Then he added:
"And even if I wanted to…"
"There are no women here."
Then he looked at her and said:
"And you haven't decided yet whether you'll stay or leave."
Forn looked into his eyes—
those strange…
and beautiful white eyes.
Then she said with even more shyness:
"If I stay…"
She paused briefly before continuing:
"Would you consider marrying me?"
Odin looked at her—
at her face, flushed with embarrassment.
Then he stepped closer to her…
and leaned toward her ear.
In a low voice, he said:
"And why would I ever waste such an opportunity, Forn?"
Forn froze from intense embarrassment.
Then she stepped back slightly…
and whispered:
"Then… I'll stay."
Odin raised an eyebrow and said:
"What did you say? I didn't hear you."
She looked at him—
then said, with anger mixed with shyness:
"I said I'll stay, you idiot!"
Suddenly—
she ran back toward the village quickly…
without waiting for his response.
Odin laughed softly…
as he watched her disappear.
But—
his smile slowly faded.
Replaced by…
a cold, deadly expression.
He said to himself:
"How foolish you are, Forn…"
Then added:
"You still haven't discovered our trick."
"You're just a mission…"
"The child that will be born between us… is important for Asgard."
He sighed in irritation and said:
"Why do I have to do all this?"
Then thought:
"Why didn't Hades or Poseidon take this role?"
But—
as soon as he remembered Poseidon's behavior…
and Hades' cold personality—
he shook his head and said:
"What am I even thinking…"
"Yes, they may look good…"
"but their personalities are extremely annoying."
Then he sighed:
"How am I still tolerating them until now…"
In an instant—
he disappeared from his place.
He moved to where Athena and the others were.
After a short time—
he arrived.
And saw them…
arguing near the mountain.
He looked at them with annoyance and said to himself:
"Again…"
"Why do I always have to deal with these annoying problems?"
In a moment—
he appeared beside them.
And said in a sharp, cold voice:
"Enough."
Everyone stopped immediately.
Odin looked at them coldly and said:
"What are you doing?"
"Are you children?"
Then he continued sharply:
"You always act like this…"
"Don't you care about anything?"
"What's wrong with you? Have you gone mad?"
Silence filled the place.
The argument stopped.
Embarrassment appeared on their faces.
Athena muttered in a low voice:
"This isn't my fault…"
"It's their fault for not understanding the situation."
Odin looked at her coldly and said:
"Enough."
Then added:
"What could possibly be worth all this foolish fighting?"
"Can't you solve it yourselves?"
Then he looked at all of them:
"Do I have to handle everything myself?"
Poseidon sighed and quickly said:
"No, no, brother, this isn't my fault—"
Before he could finish—
he pointed at Hades and said:
"It's his fault!"
Then added irritably:
"He gets angry over everything…"
"He acts like a little child!"
Hades looked at him in shock—
pointed at himself and said:
"Me?!"
Then continued angrily:
"What nonsense are you saying?"
"It's obviously your fault!"
He added:
"Because you didn't explain anything—"
"And you dragged us out of our homes like that!"
But Poseidon—
didn't even look at him.
Instead, he raised his head to the sky and said in a fake calm tone:
"Hmm… the sky looks nice today…"
Then added as if he heard nothing:
"Isn't that right, brothers?"
Odin looked at him coldly—
and said:
"That's enough."
Then added sharply:
"Act seriously for once."
At that moment—
Athena stepped forward slightly and said:
"What is all this about, brother?"
Then continued:
"There's no danger threatening Asgard right now…"
"And no threat from outside, right?"
Hades and Poseidon looked at Odin—
waiting for an answer.
Even they felt that Athena's question…
came at the right moment.
Odin looked at his siblings—
then shook his head and said:
"You're no longer children…"
Then added in a calm, serious tone:
"I'll tell you what I felt."
Athena looked at Hades and Poseidon and said:
"Didn't I tell you something was wrong?"
Odin looked at her and said:
"Yes, sister…"
Then continued in a low, heavy voice:
"There is a real danger… threatening us from outside Asgard."
Silence filled the place.
Odin continued:
"I don't know where it's coming from…"
"But I have a feeling—"
"That it's getting closer… day by day."
Then he looked at them sharply:
"So… we must prepare well."
"And we need as many rulers as possible…"
"To stand with us against this threat."
Then he said clearly:
"Do you understand?"
Hades looked at him seriously and said:
"But that's difficult, brother…"
Then continued:
"It's not easy for our children to become rulers so quickly."
"It might take months…"
"If not years."
Odin looked at him and said calmly:
"I didn't say the danger will come tomorrow."
"Or now."
Then added:
"I only said… it's approaching."
"And that's why—"
"We must be ready."
Then continued:
"And when it gets close enough to threaten us…"
"Asgard will inform us."
"And we will know then… what this danger is."
Poseidon looked at Athena and said:
"What do you think about the children now, sister?"
Then added:
"Which of them do you think could become a ruler?"
Odin also looked at Athena and said:
"Yes…"
"Who do you think will reach that level?"
Athena thought for a moment…
A short silence followed.
Then she said calmly and confidently:
"My daughter…"
