Chapter 515 - Chapter 515: Doraemon Pro Max

"Brats! To welcome our new members, let's have a party!"

Makarov immediately began corrupting the children, taking the lead by tossing his mug into the air.

"Oooohhhhh!!!!"

Someone even slapped their palm over their open mouth, making a noise that sounded less like a human and more like an ape.

Wine splashed into the air, spilled across the floor, and drenched the members. Wooden mugs scattered everywhere.

Tables and chairs were overturned.

All of it clearly told Selene and Kurnugi one thing:

This was a very strange guild, filled with a very strange group of members!

"You'll slowly get used to this." Mira noticed the confusion on their faces and smiled with her eyes narrowed, her hands folded neatly in front of her thighs.

Lucy could not wait to share everything she had seen in Guiltina with Levy, while Ultear and the others explained things to Cana.

Makarov had already started drinking himself into a stupor again, so Raizel turned to Ur instead.

"Any new news from the western continent recently?"

Ur shook her head.

"Same as before. Military exercises."

"Have Gray and Natsu come back?"

"No news from Natsu. Gray and Juvia haven't returned either, but they've gone to carry out a secret mission. As spies."

When she mentioned Gray and Juvia, Ur lowered her voice slightly.

"What mission?"

"After the dissolution of the Balam Alliance, a new dark force has risen—the Avatar cult. They're infiltrating it to find out what that group is planning."

Avatar was also a force that worshipped the Black Wizard Zeref, but it was different from a Dark Guild.

This cult had existed for a long time and had cooperated with Dark Guilds before.

For example, the Tower of Heaven.

"If Gray needs help, tell him to contact us at any time," Raizel answered quietly.

After Raizel finished asking, it was Ur's turn.

"What exactly is the deal with these two new members? The young one is one thing, but that woman feels very strange."

Raizel shook his head and explained, "They're not human..... they're both dragons. The Moon Dragon God Selene and the Sword Saint Dragon Kurnugi. But don't worry, they're on our side."

Although hearing that they were dragons surprised Ur for a moment, she soon said, "Then that's fine."

She did not raise any objections.

She had always trusted Raizel's judgment, and besides, she had already seen dragons close to humans, such as Igneel and Grandeeney.

Selene heard the conversation between Ur and Raizel, then turned her gaze toward Ur.

Ur nodded lightly in response.

'This woman is not weak.'

Selene also gave a slight nod.

She very quickly made a rough judgment of Ur's strength.

Makarov soon no longer dared to provoke Selene either. Cold sweat appeared on his forehead.

He had been speaking rather disrespectfully earlier, and it was fortunate Selene had not cared.

There was no other reason.

Raizel had told him the truth that Selene and Kurnugi were dragons.

If Makarov ever truly angered Selene, there might not even be a body left to bury.

Then came the next issue.

Where would Selene and Kurnugi live?

"I want to live with her."

Selene's gaze turned toward Lucy.

"Me?!"

Lucy pointed at herself with one finger, her mouth open in surprise.

"That's right." Selene nodded.

Over the past few days, while spending time with the guild members, she had observed the women.

Ultear and Lucy read the most and had the broadest knowledge among them.

However, Ultear leaned more toward travel notes and experiences, while Lucy's reading covered a wider range of subjects.

Living with Lucy would help Selene better learn human life.

Of course, the guild also had Levy, who loved reading even more, but Selene did not know that yet.

Kurnugi was assigned a house by Raizel.

The house was about the same size as Natsu's, also located near the edge of the East Forest.

It was three or four kilometers away from Raizel's house and had been vacant for some time, so it would need a proper cleaning before anyone could live in it.

Raizel paid Kurnugi's first month of rent for him.

After that, Kurnugi would have to earn money and pay for it himself.

...

Selene successfully moved into the apartment Lucy was renting.

Lucy's apartment actually had two bedrooms.

It was just that whenever Natsu and Happy barged into her place, they either slept in her bed, on the floor, or on the sofa.

They had never even entered the other room.

"The scent of a Dragon Slayer."

The moment Selene approached Lucy's apartment, she smelled it.

"Natsu's back?"

Lucy's eyes lit up slightly.

Maybe when she opened the door, she would see Natsu and Happy inside, with Natsu holding a pink dumbbell and training?

"No. It is an old scent. It has been here for some time," Selene said, shaking her head.

"That's Natsu! He's the one raised by Igneel, he went out to train and said he'd be back in about a year..."

When talking about Natsu, Lucy's tone inevitably carried a trace of loneliness.

After she and Natsu met, they had basically been inseparable.

Although she always told Natsu to stay away from her apartment, she had never actually taken any real action to stop him.

This was the first time she had been separated from Natsu for so long.

"You like him?" Selene asked calmly, without the slightest change in expression or heartbeat.

There was no teasing in her voice. She was simply that straightforward.

"Wh-wh-wh... Where did that come from?!"

Lucy's face instantly turned red, and she nearly stumbled over her words as she frantically shook her head.

"Oh."

Selene nodded thoughtfully.

Lucy opened the empty bedroom and looked at Selene hesitantly.

"Won't this be too simple for you?"

Selene briefly looked over the bedroom and said, "I think it's quite nice."

Lucy nodded and let out a sigh of relief.

"As long as you don't think it's too cramped."

"My residence on Blackmoon Mountain is much larger, but it is not very interesting."

Blackmoon Mountain was Selene's territory in another world, Elentear.

The entire mountain belonged only to her, while her subordinates, the Moonlit Beauty Gods, lived nearby.

"I will not live here for free. I will pay you."

With a wave of Selene's hand, a square chest one meter wide appeared, filled entirely with gemstones and jewelry. Dazzling light spilled out from inside.

"Th-this... This is way too much!"

Selene tilted her head slightly.

"Is it? I do not understand the value of these things. You may take what you think is appropriate."

She truly did not understand.

She had only collected these jewels as part of her collection, and this treasure chest was the smallest one among everything she owned.

She traveled back and forth between multiple worlds.

Calling her rich enough to rival a continent would honestly be underestimating her.

She was basically a Doraemon Pro Max!

In the past, she had never spent currency or money on anything.

But during her travels with Lucy and the others, she had learned that everything humans did required money.

Lucy was, after all, a rich young lady from birth. She did have an eye for jewelry.

She chose the smallest jewel based on quality.

Even so, that ruby was still the size of a pigeon egg.

A pigeon egg!

"I'll exchange this for paper money—the Jewel commonly used in Ishgar. I'll take half the rent from it, thirty-five thousand Jewel each month, and return the rest of the money to you."

"Fine. You decide."

With another wave of her hand, Selene stored the remaining jewels back into her space.

"Oh, right. I want to go with you. I think this will be necessary learning for becoming human."

Lucy was starting to find Selene more and more adorable.

She clearly possessed endless Magic Power, yet she wanted to become human.

Lucy looked at Selene with a bright smile.

"No problem. Tomorrow morning, we'll go together!"
