"I forgot. Ever since I followed you all back to Ishgar, I threw my previous matters to the back of my mind. That included my original plan to take the Law Dragon's heart. I haven't interfered with Elentear since then, and I haven't transferred Earth Land's Magic Power there either."
Elentear was a world of magic on the verge of overflowing.
Its Magic Power was so full it was like a volcano seconds away from erupting.
The Mages of Whiteout Village had always had to use their Whiteout power to erase the excess Magic Power from Elentear.
If the Mages of Whiteout Village had not kept clearing away that Magic Power, Elentear would have gone boom long ago.
Selene could transfer Earth Land's Magic Power into Elentear, which basically meant the survival of that world depended on her whim.
