So yeah, it shouldn't be a big surprise. It not so much I ran out of idea as I do have plan for how this story is supposed to go. I do, but I don't have much motivation to continue writing it. So apologies to those that wanted it to come back.
Hence, I will give a short version of what the rest would have looked.
Felix would continue soloing missions until the start of the Fairy Tail storyline for the most part. He would have teamed up once in a with his friends like Natsu and take out a rampaging Owlbear. Then he would be heartbroken upon learning that Lisanna went died/went missing. While continue to do missions, he would meet Ultear and Meredy.
During time afterwards, he would begin forming romantic relationships with Mirajane, Ultear, and Cana.
Then once the Fairy Tail story began, he would tag along with the group on a couple of their missions. When the Phantom Lord attack the guild, Felix would march to destroy them while dropping "In order to have a war, there must be two sides."
After the Tower of Heaven, he would begin his romantic relationship with Erza, followed by Lisanna after she return home. Right before S-class exams take place, Felix has to go on an important emergency request. Thus when he returned, he learned that the island been destroyed and most of his friends and lovers are gone.
Upon investigating he learned that the island is below the surface and will return in the future. Following this, he is put into the Guild Master position. Where he tries to hold together the guild and rebuild the guilds strength since most of the core members are out of commission.
During the seven years, Dio Brando would appear again. A succubus will appear named Firika Mia Shatana and get caught by Felix. He would also meet a princess La Folia Rihavein.
His romantic streak will also continue during this time as he would also hook up with Millianna, Jenny Realight, Meredy, Firika Mia Shatana and La Folia Rihavein.
After the core members return, they are shocked by the changes, while Mirajane, Erza, Lisanna were shocked and annoyed at Felix's harem. Cana after being given a barrel of alcohol by one of the new members just shrugged and accepted them to the harem.
Then during the Magic Games, Felix would add Yukino Agria to his list of lovers. He will also stop Ultear from using the forbidden time magic. Thus preventing her from giving up most of her lifespan for a minute time reversal.
In the following story, it mainly follows up the war against Zeref empire, Alvarez. During which Felix adds the final harem member to his harem, Brandish μ. Once the war finished and during the year time skip, a fair amount of his harem felt it was time and has children with him.
There was plans to add some lemon side chapters. Also note that Levy wouldn't have been a member of the harem group. Felix would also have found a way so his lovers would achieve immortality by achieving a certain amount of magic or some other idea I either got suggested or thought would be interesting to put into the story.

If anyone is interested in reading this. I might be able to swing it by posting maybe a chapter at least once a month or so at minimum. (Chapters will be longer, but not extensively long.) Currently I am having fun just writing a Smallville fanfiction, that I haven't decided if I want to post it or not. (Not the one I mention where the MC has the comic system.)
