Chapter 269 - ★ 268 (STAR WARS VII, IN THE BEGINNING V)

★268

ACAMAR'S POV

'Anytime soon' felt eternal as I waited for the arrival of a new Star. I was exploring the otherworldly garden when His Grace summoned me.

The Palace is a sacred place, so I walked all the way to the throne room. My senses detected a new signature in the throne room, which could only mean one thing.

As I opened the door, a figure clad in white and gold knelt before me, their back straight yet deferential, gaze fixed upon the floor.

I walked past them in silence, stopping a short distance from the vacant throne. Lowering myself to one knee, I waited.

"You never listen, do you, Acamar?"

His Grace's voice echoed throughout the hall before he appeared next to the throne. Knowing what he meant, I stood up.

"Forgive me, this new presence indicates you might show up here instead."

"The wait is over. Acamar, meet Belenos."

He changed the topic and I have no choice but to follow suit.

"My first companion, it's a pleasure."

I said.

"The pleasure is all mine, Lord First."

Based on the voice, I determined that this individual can not be represented in terms of gender. Yet something about their looks...

"Just like you, it was created with limited knowledge. I'll leave it to you to fill in the gaps."

"It's my duty, after all."

"I have something to attend to. So I'll leave you two to hang out."

His presence was erased from the palace itself, meaning he's in his Realm. I walked towards the second Star, Belenos.

"Walk with me, and I shall explain everything as we explore."

They rose slowly, crimson eyes locking onto mine. I took the lead, and together, we moved through the silent palace.

My steps made no sound, as they never did, but neither did it. Only the faint chime of the golden ornaments woven into its long golden hair disturbed the stillness.

"I sense a similar presence, but it surpasses Grace's."

I noted.

"I was endowed with fragments of the Great Spirit of Light after creation."

"In percentage?"

Eighty from the Great Holy Spirit of Light and twenty from the Great Light. I am not a perfect creation from His Grace like you, Acamar."

It said while looking at me.

It carried an androgynous presence, yet I chose to preserve the feminine essence. There was more depth, more nuance in that side than in the masculine.

(Call it male or female. It's up to you.)

"I am still not perfect."

She spoke as the doors opened and the Garden came into view. She was absorbing the beauty without expressing any feelings.

"Now, I will explain everything..."

"Do you mind if I tag along?"

I had never heard a voice like that before, yet I was certain it belonged to a woman.

I turned, and there she stood, a lady with crimson hair that mirrored the fire in her eyes. Her skin was flawless white, reflecting the light around her, as if the world itself bowed to her presence.

She wore a white gown that began just above her chest and cascaded gracefully down her form. Her wings, pure and white, like her dress, unfurled behind her. Perfection embodied, I thought, unable to look away.

What surprised me more was that I had not noticed her presence until now.

"I never recall His Grace creating a third Star. State your being?"

Belenos asked aggressively, a golden aura sparkling from her body.

"My, my, I mean no harm. I wasn't created, but I sure was invited here."

She replied.

"By who?"

I asked.

"Who else but me?"

His Grace's voice could be heard. Belenos kneeled, pleading for forgiveness. I stood motionless, my eyes closed.

"The Goddess of Creation has descended through the Layers of Existence and wishes to be a part of my world system. Everything shall proceed peacefully."

"Your wishes are our command, your grace."

She said before slightly bowing.

"I'll go ahead and introduce myself, I'm the Goddess of Creation, Erekayla. But as of now, call me Elara, the Goddess of Life."

"Giving yourself a title already?"

Belenos complained.

"Supreme Star, Acamar."

Hearing I already have one, Belenos made one for herself quickly.

"Diety of Sun, Belenos."

"It is a pleasure to meet you all. Please, proceed with the explanations before my sudden appearance, Lord First."

"Lord First, huh? Well, goddess or not, I only take words from His Grace, the Grand Lord, and the Great Spirit of Light."

I made that clear form the get go. It doesn't who or what she was, I'm only loyal to my ancestry.

"I can say the same."

Belenos added, and Elara simply chuckled, probably finding it amusing. I didn't have time to start a fire, nor did Belenos.

I took the lead explaining everything His Grace told me. I omitted a little information like the one. concerning the Outer Gods.

"So, are we free to use the Pond now?"

Belenos asked.

"I don't..."

'They can'

His Hrace gave permission.

'Of course...'

I camly listened to the message he delivered telepathically.

"The Pond will not be divided for unforeseen circumstances. But you two are free to choose any spot for now; it may be temporary or permanent."

"What about you, Lord First?"

Erekayla no, Elara, asked.

"I am Great Light's right hand. I must be close to It at all times."

They nodded in understanding. Why I'm omni throughout the Pond, I'll stay up there for personal reasons also.

"That's understandable and completely fine. In the absence of any other information, permit my departure."

She asked for my permission, yet she unfurled her wings and descended into the Pond without waiting for my approval.

"I'll be here if you need me."

Belenos followed, diving into the Pond.
