Chapter 282 - ★ 281 (STAR WARS VII, IN THE BEGINNING XVII)

★281

ACAMAR'S POV

And so the day of destruction ended with more than 10 billion Stars missing, dead, or presumably nullified. Several Constellations went extinct, namely Dorado, Hydrus, Leo, Reticulum, Triangulum, Ursa Major, and several others, including the infamous Scorpios.

The Omni was now reduced to three, the original number after the dawn of time. Slowly, in time, we've recovered the damage, but the scar will never fade. Time heals, but memories don't.

Unlike before, both the Omnis and Stars began taking precautions such as a place for emergencies to hide young Stars and the like. On my end, since I can't influence Línglì directly, I used my free time to merge my energy with Lingli, knowing it'll be the greatest weapon in my arsenal.

I've been meeting up with the First Light, but it didn't care about what happened the slightest. And when I bring about the resurrection of the Stars who didn't deserve death, it replied

"While I have the power to resurrect them, you've created the Arts. Some even went further to enhance their immortality, and a few did survive the mistake. They were simply caught up in fate, that's all. My resurrection will be enforced when my need arises."

And when I asked about his 'needs', he simply dismissed it.

THIRD POV

Somewhere in an unknown space, the Dark Nebulas found a home. Or should I say each found their home?

(Same Abyss but deeper)

Phoenix had been working on a project and successfully created Void Dragons from actual Dragons after a long experiment.

The body of Azureon and Vyrakos was used to create hybrids experimented on by the Stars Phoenix captured. His cruel experiments brought death upon the death of countless Stars, mostly feminine Stars caught during his invasion.

He went further to take advantage of their immortality to conduct more cruel experiments on them. He was truly a monster.

As for Mors, due to personal reasons now has a full-bodied black armour, with her feminine status completely erased, her voice now distorted by magic amplification.

With this, it invaded worlds and realms singlehandedly clearing them and resurrecting those she viewed as worthy and made them part of its army.

Kenos was training Azrion, who changed his name to Azreim, the Lost Child now called Spectre. His powers were unfamiliar even to himself, but with the help of the orb that absorbed Azureon, he gained insight into how Azure works. Kenos went further and took the risk of teaching him how to use void, and the price was eventually paid.

Spectre lost his ability to use Azure and was stuck with the complexities of harnessing the void but Kenos didn't discard him yet as his most fearsome ability which allows him to swap reality with illusion and vice versa was an Art only he possessed.

Algol regenerated over time and threw himself into the Abyss inorganic to seek more power to hopefully one day get his vengeance.

Peaceful times ended, and the World was divided. We hoped for the probable pending War by the Dark Stars with both sides unaware of the looming threat that could take on both sides at the same time.
