This was an advise which James gave. To implement it and fight with someone like Danny they needed someone who can enforce and Robert recalled Ethan's advise of bringing Sherriff. So Robert had called the Sherriff to be transfer of witness. James updated Robert that Sherriff is very annoyed with Danny but no one counters him. Hence he is helpless.
James had explained everything to Sherriff on rules for guarantor and asked him to follow. Sherriff verified it with his deputy and he was shocked to find such clause existed but overlooked. So a plan was formed.
Michael and his 3 buddies that was Ethan's doing. He promised them 100$ each for showing up. Plus Michael really wanted to help.
Sherriff (cont.): Danny stop extorting people. Someone like you doesn't deserve the principal also.
Danny: Sherriff how dare you question my legitimate business.
Sherriff stuck his face to Danny, Sherriff was well built like body builder and was a local boxing legend. He had a short fuse as well. His aggression and status made Danny take step back.
Danny than sat back on the sofa and slumped back.
Suddenly Ethan came with few juice glasses and went to Danny and handed him a juice glass and than offered glasses to others.
Everyone sat. In 5 minutes it was concluded that the original amount of loan was only 25000 $ and Danny will get the same and nothing more.
Robert: Danny look we are doing things inline with law don't put up on me.
Danny suddenly had reddened eyes and looked angry and said you guys are robbing me. But than Sherriff gave him glance and he lowered his head.
Danny suddenly thought of many things that happened today, from seeing 3 people enter. Than James, Robert and Sherriff breaking him apart. A strong sense of being humiliated and insulted came to his mind. His mind twisted mind was getting even more emotions boiling inside and he was getting very angry barely able to keep himself from going mad and he started having hallucination as if everyone is laughing at him. The feeling of humiliation, being cheated and being mocked upon was very intense and Danny's was holding back madness by a thread.
Suddenly Ethan came near him and while back was towards other. He showed him middle finger and called him loser under his breath. This was not seen or heard by other. He did it so,

Sherriff, Robert, James and Michael all jumped at him he starting punching every one and fight break out.
He lost of all control and said Sherriff you have taken bribe. You are humiliating me I will kill all and lunched at Sherriff and at that moment his strength seem to have almost double as he was able to tackle sheriff. But Sherriff being trained gave him two punches.
In midst of this, Danny suddenly found a switchblade knife in front of him out of nowhere and Ethan at same time rushed towards Robert shouting, "Dad be careful he has a knife".
Danny picked knife and slashed at Sherriff dodged skillfully but got nicked in chest he lifted table. The table made of wood and glass got broken and many shards of glasses broke some of the shards got stuck on Danny's body. Causing multiple cuts on his body along with bruises from broken table. But he still ran with all his might as if possessed.
Seeing this absolute madness, Sherriff ran back and took out his pistol and fired two shots!! Danny barely dodged and no one got hit. The third shot hit Danny at his reproductive organ and this was a shot from 0.45 caliber gun.
Danny shouted and pushed back by impact and with multitudes of injury on his body he collapsed.
Sherriff: One Psycho muthafuka.
A few days later, Danny opened his eyes in hospital. A Doctor with concern look came. Mr. Danny we are glad you wake up.
Danny: What happened, where am I? I was at the meeting than suddenly everything went blank.
Doctor: Sir, you where injured I hope you are ready to know the facts.
When you where bought you had 17 glass fragments inserted in your body. Your both hands and left legs along with ribs had hairline fracture from heavy impact.
You suffered massive blood loss.
and also doctor halted.
Danny: Also what?
Doctor; Well unfortunately you were shot in you penis. Luckily the shot didn't only grazed you Mr. Danny.
Danny (take a breath of relief): Thank God.
Doctor: So you just lost you penis glands and testicles however you intestines, hip bones all are safe. You can live long!!!
Danny: (Breathing heavily) what! What! no no! he tried to feel his gland but there was nothing. He shouted out loud.
Suddenly Sherriff Victor came in and said,
Danny you fool you assaulted a Sherriff in front of so many people with a knife, tried to extort money, even tried to kill a child. Once you are out of hospital I will file multiple cases against you many people are speaking against. I will press charges you will be gone for good.
Danny: Heart beat monitor raised and heart beat which was already risen to 150 bpm due to all the bpm pushed passed 250 bpm and he become very stressed and collapsed. His weak body due to years of substance and alcohol abuse cannot handle the stress.
Doctor: The patient seem to not handle the news well and has gone under cardiac arrest. Sherriff please refrain from stressing the patient
Sherriff grunted and walked away.
