Pain! All she could feel was a splitting pain in her head.
She sucked in a sharp painful breath as she tried to move while slowly opening her eyes.
Her view was blurry at first, but her sight later focused on a high ceiling. With the softness under her back and the warmth from her body being covered under a sheet she could tell she was lying on a bed right now.
Her brows came together in a frown, her memory still feeling foggy, she didn't realize where she was or why she was there at the moment, but she slowly turned her head to the side to find herself in a beautifully decorated room, light red and white sheer curtains fluttering around the bed.
Her frown deepened, "Where am I?"
It felt as if her memory of how she got to this particular room had been restricted as she couldn't recall what she was doing here.
