Rover watched a long string of notifications appear before him and let out a breath of relief.
He didn't rush to check the rewards. Instead, he opened the door and saw the hallway was empty, feeling a faint disappointment.
If the zombies' corpses were still here, he would have harvested a lot more Omni Points.

The door opened. Bardi stepped out, looked at Rover, and spoke in a heavy voice. "Congrats."
Rover nodded lightly. Feeling a little puzzled, he asked, "That Mecha you controlled was really strong. But why did you give up so easily?"
Bardi replied, "Not enough resources. It was my first time running into soul-type monsters. My Mecha can kill them, but it burns through energy six times faster than normal. So I figured there was no point wasting effort."
"Besides, even though I dropped out, I still got over 1,000 gold coins from the points I earned. So this round, I still profited a few hundred gold coins."
