Tenants have two sets of stats you must pay attention to: Rank and Level.
A Tenant's Level depends on how many game rounds the Owner has cleared.
A Tenant's Rank depends on their strength and how many side missions they have cleared.
However, a Tenant's overall quality also depends on another factor: their role.
After the Owner reaches Level 5 or higher, two different development paths can be unlocked.
Either continue fighting alongside other Survivors in the same apartment building, or split off, build a separate territory, and defend it.
