An Electric-type Third-tier Legendary Pokémon.
Shiko watched it flying through the air, a contemplative expression gradually appearing on his face.
He appeared to be considering which Pokémon he should use.
In truth, that was exactly what he was thinking about.
A moment later, he reached a decision.
Shiko tossed a Poké Ball high into the air.
A beam of red light immediately shot out.
The spectators failed to notice that the red light was not composed of ordinary rays.
Instead, it consisted of countless data symbols gathered together.
A creature's figure then appeared on the battlefield.
The moment everyone saw it, they were dumbfounded.
What the hell was that?
Judging by its appearance, it should have been some kind of beetle-like Pokémon.
But why was it so enormous?
Its body was more than three meters long.
Even large Bug-type Pokémon such as Pinsir, Heracross, and Scizor generally stood between one and a half and one-point-eight meters tall.
The creature possessed a horn even larger than Pinsir's and sharp teeth resembling those of Pinsir.
At the same time, it had red metallic skin similar to Scizor's.
It looked like a fusion of all three Pokémon.
This completely unknown creature immediately attracted everyone's attention.
Although none of them knew MegaKabuterimon's origins, they could determine from his appearance and the powerful aura surrounding him that he was extraordinarily strong.
At the very least, he was even stronger than the pseudo-legendary Dragon-type Pokémon Shiko had previously revealed.
His strength had at least surpassed the Champion level and reached the Sect Master level.
He might even have reached the level of a Third-tier Legendary Pokémon!
Once the spectators realized this, they immediately became excited.
They had originally expected a completely one-sided battle.
No one had anticipated that such an unexpected variable would appear.
The match had suddenly become extremely interesting.
Across the battlefield, Belotti was also visibly surprised when he saw Shiko's MegaKabuterimon.
He had no idea what kind of Pokémon it was.
However, judging from MegaKabuterimon's aura, it was extraordinarily powerful.
It was definitely no weaker than Zapdos.
Belotti's gaze moved away from MegaKabuterimon and settled on Shiko.
His eyes were filled with intense scrutiny.
He could not understand how a mere human could possibly possess such a creature.

This creature did not appear to be a Pokémon.
The life signature emanating from its body was different.
Could it be...?
Belotti suddenly thought of something.
An instant later, his eyes burned with such intense fury that they seemed ready to spew flames.
He stared fixedly at Shiko and decided that he would teach him a brutal lesson during this match.
Huh?
Shiko was puzzled when he sensed Belotti's gaze.
What was wrong with this man?
Why had he suddenly developed such intense hatred toward him?
Shiko could not understand it.
A moment later, Belotti ordered Zapdos to attack first.
Terrifying lightning flashed through the air and exploded toward MegaKabuterimon.
MegaKabuterimon made no attempt to dodge.
Under the gazes of countless spectators, he directly endured the attack.
Even more astonishingly, he used the enormous horn on his head to absorb Zapdos's lightning completely!
"What the hell?!"
Everyone was dumbfounded.
They had already guessed that MegaKabuterimon would be powerful.
However, none of them had imagined that he would possess an ability like this.
He had directly absorbed Zapdos's lightning!
Zapdos's electrical attacks were extraordinarily powerful.
Even Ground-type Pokémon could not completely negate the damage caused by its lightning.
Yet when the attack struck MegaKabuterimon, it was simply absorbed.
An even more astonishing scene followed.
A massive sphere of energy gathered above MegaKabuterimon's enormous horn.
Yellow electricity flashed and danced continuously inside the sphere.
Everyone present could sense the immense electrical power contained within it.
Moreover, the energy was still being compressed.
Even a fool could recognize how terrifyingly powerful the attack would be.
The next moment, MegaKabuterimon unleashed his signature move.
Horn Buster!
A dazzling beam of electricity erupted from his horn.
Like an enormous electromagnetic cannon, it instantly crossed the entire battlefield.
Before Zapdos could react, the beam struck it directly!
Surging electrical light instantly swallowed Zapdos whole.
