Chapter 133 - Chapter 133: Third Mizukage

What is Gastly?

Fundamentally, it is indeed composed of a fragment of Black Zetsu's soul, but it also incorporates other elements.

For instance, some cells from White Zetsu, as well as Ditto genes.

This results in a highly complex personality structure.

Black Zetsu even vaguely sensed a certain mischievous undertone in Gastly's speech toward him.

Though slightly unsettled, Black Zetsu had many other matters requiring his attention.

For example, numerous peculiar zones had emerged within the Land of Earth and the Land of Water.

These areas now hosted wild Pokémon creatures.

In the southern Ecological Zone of the Land of Water, the ocean had transformed since its establishment—no longer dark and lifeless, but brimming with vitality.

Luminescent seaweed swayed on the seabed, corals emitted a soft blue glow, and schools of Poliwag, Horsea, and Luminescent Fish drifted through the shallows. Even Psyduck floated dopily on the surface, staring blankly.

But today, their tranquility was shattered by an earth-shaking roar.

Boom!

A blue dragon surged diagonally from the depths,

its tail whipping up waves over ten meters high.

It was a Gyarados.

Close behind, a second and third Gyarados burst from the waters on either side.

The three Gyarados gleamed with cold, interlocking scales, each roaring with such intensity that the shockwaves sent seabirds scattering in panic.

Their gazes were fixed in the same direction:

Deep within the sea mist, a massive Three-Tailed Turtle Beast slowly revealed itself.

Its heavy shell is as ancient as a stone mountain, three colossal tails swaying on its back, stirring massive currents.

Pale blue Chakra seeped out, causing the surrounding seawater to churn as if pulled by the moon.

Three-Tails Isobu.

It should have been slumbering in the deep sea, but during the expansion of the Ecological Zone, it was awakened and drawn here by the World Tree.

The Gyarados reacted fiercely to the Three-Tails' presence, driven by aggressive instincts and territorial claims.

The water surface churned violently as the Gyarados roared with utter frenzy: "Roar!"

Three-Tails Isobu slowly lifted its head, a single enormous pupil glowing with a cold blue light within the sea mist.

It responded with a low growl—or perhaps it was simply baffled by the sudden appearance of so many strange creatures in its waters, all harboring inexplicable hostility toward it.

Even the seabed trembled, cracking open with vast fissures.

The three Gyarados launched their first assault, charging without hesitation from three directions!

The water tore apart under their high speed, forming three white trails.

Three-Tails Isobu gradually raised a claw.

The Tailed Beast's innate water pressure blast erupted!

Instantly, the seawater around the Three-Tails swung like a massive hammer,

violently crashing outward in all directions!

The three Gyarados swiftly evaded, water columns shooting skyward, flinging even distant Staryu out of the sea and onto the shore.

But the Gyarados would not retreat.

Defeat by a powerful foe only ignited their more violent instincts.

The three Gyarados broke through the surface, their eyes turning crimson.

They entered a frenzied state.

Seawater compressed, spiraled, and condensed within their mouths!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Three Hydro Pumps blasted forth!

The water cannons resembled three rapidly spinning blue-white water dragons,

carrying force enough to pierce steel,

and slammed hard into the Three-Tails' shell.

BOOM!!!

Three enormous craters were punched into the sea surface,

and the Three-Tails was shoved backward over ten meters.

A tsunami surged toward the heavens!

The intensity of Gyarados' attacks finally pushed Three-Tails Isobu to its limit.

The sea surface erupted with massive Chakra bubbles, swelling rapidly like boiling water.

The Gyarados grew alert and immediately retreated.

A surge of energy was released.

Isobu clamped onto a sphere of Chakra and launched it straight upward.

The Gyarados roared furiously, whipping their tails against the sea to counter the shockwave, but the explosive force of the Tailed Beast Ball still sent them tumbling through the air.

Water columns erupted like volcanoes, soaring dozens of meters high as the Gyarados' scales were blasted in all directions.

Yet they did not fall.

Instead, their rage intensified.

Suddenly, they dove deep into the ocean together.

Three-Tails Isobu sensed the danger,

slamming its massive tail against the water in an attempt to drive them back.

But it was too late.

Three enormous, rapidly spinning whirlpools emerged from the depths.

They surrounded the Three-Tails from three directions.

This was the Gyarados' coordinated hunting behavior!

The Three-Tails suddenly found the seawater around it being violently drawn away,

as if pulled by three underwater cyclones simultaneously.

Its massive body was forced off balance in the ocean.

The Gyarados targeted Isobu's underbelly and the area beneath its tail.

Three colossal dragons surged upward from the ocean floor!

Fangs, tail strikes, and torrents of water simultaneously slammed into the Three-Tails' abdomen!

For the first time, Isobu let out a cry of pain.

Its enormous body was flipped upside down and hurled from the sea surface,

sending hundred-meter waves crashing like a mountain being overturned.

A tsunami raged as colossal waves churned.

The brutal battle continued to thunder.

At that moment, the sky was gently torn open.

As if the fabric of the world had been split by a fingertip.

In the next instant, Shiroishi stepped out from the rift.

He stood suspended in mid-air, his glasses reflecting a cold light.

The space beneath his feet resembled glass steps he casually tread upon—weightless yet solid as substance.

The three Gyarados roared and thrashed, while the Three-Tails' tail whipped up tidal waves that threatened to tear the sea apart.

Shiroishi raised his right hand.

In his palm, a vortex of energy swirled into existence.

The energy spiraled, as if drawing both the life and death forces of the World Tree into itself.

With but a gentle press from him,

this naval battle would end in an instant.

Suddenly, rapid footsteps echoed from somewhere on the sea.

Thick fog surged from all directions.

Not just natural mist—it carried killing intent, Chakra, and the fluctuations of ninjutsu.

Moments later, hundreds of mist ninja emerged from the haze.

They stood upon the water, formed into a wall formation, their Ninja Blades gleaming coldly.

The Third Mizukage appeared prominently.

He had long black hair, wore decorative headgear, and typically kept his eyes closed.

But now they were open.

Lifting his gaze to Shiroishi descending from the sky rift, this sight put all the mist ninja on high alert.

"...Space-time ninjutsu? No, this is some ability beyond the ninjutsu system."

He murmured, his brow furrowing deeper.

Shiroishi saw them as well.

The energy sphere rotated slowly in his palm, its glow illuminating half the sea.

Shiroishi's voice, though not loud, easily overpowered the roaring waves: "The Hidden Mist... arrived faster than I expected."

The Third Mizukage responded coldly: "The violent disturbances in the Land of Water, the Three-Tails' rampage, unknown ecological invasions, and changes in maritime terrain—we've been monitoring these phenomena for three days."

"Who are you?"

"What have you done to the Land of Water?"

"Those three dragons... are they monsters you cultivated?"

The Third Mizukage stepped forward, the water freezing into thin ice beneath his feet from his Chakra.

The entire mist ninja force gathered their combat readiness, prepared to engage at any moment.

Shiroishi did not respond.

He merely glanced down at the Three-Tails roaring in the sea and the Mist Ninja's curiosity about this ecological zone he had developed.

"No, this area has only recently undergone a Chakra mutation, forming a Pokémon paradise."

Shiroishi introduced himself with grace: "My name is Shiroishi, the owner of the Breeding House under Lord Hanzo of the Land of Rain. I came here to investigate the reason why Pokémon, or what you call Ninja Beasts, are being born in this sea area."

Pokémon? Ninja Beasts?

The Third Mizukage fell into thought.

At this moment, Shiroishi smiled: "Lord Mizukage, why don't we first calm their conflict?"
