The bone chains on the Ghost Hound jerked, binding Lyle and forcibly restraining him on its back.
The four-tailed black panther that had just helped Lyle block the magic attack had already turned its head and opened its mouth, aiming at Lyle and the Ghost Hound.

A breath of pure dark energy erupted from the panther's mouth, striking instantly.
The Ghost Hound's upper body was destroyed by the dark energy, and Lyle's figure flew out, smashing into the distant jungle.

Lyle stood up from the pit unharmed, holding the remains of the Ghost Hound's corpse, his face incredibly cold.
His priest robes had become tattered, and the white cloth was stained red by the Ghost Hound's blood.
A 40% Dark Attribute resistance plus magic defense was enough to easily block the dark energy impact from that four-tailed black panther, but the Ghost Hound clearly couldn't do the same.
"Job Class Change!"
With a flick of his wrist, Lyle stored the half-corpse of the Ghost Hound into his Item Box, his eyes filled with killing intent.
Now, he was going to slaughter both of those guys, even if it meant exposing part of his strength!

Lyle pressed his palm against the empty ground in front of him, and a waist-high wooden barrel appeared, filled to the brim with Troll blood.

Lyle kicked the barrel over.
The bright red, thick blood immediately soaked the ground, and a dense, bloody scent began to permeate the air.

Lyle stepped into the pool of blood, uncaring of the blood splashing onto him. He pulled out a nearby branch, bent down, and began to draw a magic circle in the blood.
