Chapter 186 - Chapter 186 Coby: Luffy is determined to become the King of the Navy!

Marine Science Unit Laboratory, late night.

Sentomaru, holding a stack of thick documents, burst into the laboratory door, panting. Sweat glistened on his forehead under the fluorescent lights, and even his iconic belly warmer was half-soaked with sweat.

"Doctor! Emergency!" He waved his phone, his voice echoing in the metal corridor, "Fleet Admiral Sengoku just issued a special order—he wants us to submit detailed setting materials for all future weapons within 24 hours! He said it's for an official Marine fan fiction novel!"

A hum of mechanical operation came from deep within the laboratory, followed by Vegapunk's signature electronic synthetic voice: "Priority adjusting... detecting 'literary creation' command... interesting."

With the hiss of hydraulic devices, the blast door of the main laboratory slowly rose.

Sentomaru watched in astonishment—

The lab tables, usually filled with precise instruments, were now piled high with manuscripts and draft papers.

Six monitors were simultaneously lit, displaying:

"PX-Zero: Pacifista Origin Story," "Quantum Mechanical Explanation of Devil Fruit Awakening," "On the Feasibility of Sea Stone Particle Weapons," and other documents.

Most exaggeratedly, an automatic writing robotic arm was rapidly writing the seventh chapter of "How Pacifista Solo Four Emperors Crews."

Vegapunk's holographic projection suddenly appeared in the center of the lab table. The genius scientist, uncharacteristically, had taken off his goggles, and his eyes gleamed with fanaticism:

"Sentomaru, how do you like this part—'When PX-3000 activates its ultimate annihilation mode, its quantum computing system can calculate the Four Emperors' fighting habits within 0.001 seconds, and its built-in Sea Stone nano-mist generator...'"

"Wait, Doctor!" Sentomaru jumped up in a hurry, "The Marshal wants immediately usable data! Not science fiction settings!"

"Oh?" Vegapunk's projection tilted his head, "But these are all theoretically feasible designs. Look at this—" He pulled up a blueprint, "PX-∞, equipped with a laser system mimicking Admiral Kizaru, Admiral Aokiji's freezing device, and Admiral Akainu's..."

"Stop, stop, stop!" Sentomaru clutched his head and wailed, "This 'Ultimate Pacifista' doesn't even have a prototype, does it?!"

Just then, the laboratory alarm suddenly blared.

A mechanical female voice announced: "Warning, incoming call detected from the Marshal's office. Repeat, incoming call detected from the Marshal's office."

Sentomaru fumbled to connect the communication, and Fleet Admiral Sengoku's 3D image immediately appeared in the air: "Vegapunk! Where are the setting materials I asked for? Sakazuki has already written to the chapter 'Awakening of His Own Abilities'!"

Vegapunk also hastily explained: "It's being prepared, Marshal. However..."

Then a glimmer of interest flashed in his eyes, "How about letting the PX series awaken self-awareness? For example, in the final battle, all Pacifista suddenly shouting 'Justice will prevail' or something..."

Sentomaru watched in despair as his Doctor and the Marshal enthusiastically discussed the plot direction of a "Robot Revolutionary Army," and silently pulled out his small notebook, writing on it: "Observation Report on the Collective Madness of the Science Unit"...

...

Late at night in Marineford, the Marine dormitory area was silent.

Koby was curled up in a corner of the storage room, rapidly typing by the faint light of his phone screen.

He had deliberately covered himself with a blanket to prevent light leakage—if the instructor found him staying up late writing a novel, tomorrow's physical training would definitely be doubled.

"'Marine Hero: Garp's Biography' Special Chapter..." He bit his lip, pondering the words, "Chapter 37: The Inherited Will..."

On the phone screen, he was writing a crucial plot point:

Under Vice Admiral Garp's influence, Monkey D. Luffy finally understood the true meaning of the word "Hero." He put on a Straw Hat embroidered with the Marine emblem and solemnly swore in the Marineford plaza: "I will become—the Marine King!"

"Will this be too abrupt...?" Koby mumbled, but his fingers couldn't stop, "I also need to add Admiral Aokiji's guidance, and Fleet Admiral Sengoku's special cultivation..."

Suddenly, the phone vibrated.

"You have a new comment."

Koby's eyes widened—he had set the work to be visible only to himself! Trembling, he tapped the notification, and a comment in blood-red font immediately appeared:

"Good plot, but Red Hair must die. —S.H."

Koby gasped, and his phone almost fell to the ground. He fumbled to open the user profile, only to find it was a new account registered three minutes ago, with a blurry shadow as its avatar.

"This, this couldn't be..." His hairs stood on end instantly!

The iron door of the storage room silently opened a crack.

Koby froze, watching a narrow shadow slowly extend to his blanket.

"Writing quite lively, Master Sergeant Koby."

The familiar deep voice made Koby's hair stand on end.

He tremblingly lifted the blanket, directly facing Admiral Akainu's burning eyes.

Sakazuki had a cigar in his mouth, and his right hand remained in a molten state, hot magma dripping onto the floor, burning black holes.

"A-Admiral! I was just..."

"Cut the nonsense." Akainu's molten finger swiped across the phone screen, and Koby's document immediately showed revision marks, "The scene of the Red Hair Pirates' demise should be in Chapter 25, as a key turning point for Luffy's transformation."

Koby watched dumbfounded as Akainu smoothly deleted and modified his document:

In the New World special operation "Broken Arm," Admiral Akainu's magma fist pierced Shanks' heart. When the newspaper spread throughout the world, young Luffy clutched the newsprint and cried inconsolably...

"A-Admiral! If I write it like this, the subsequent brotherly reconciliation plot will..."

Akainu snorted, and his molten finger left a line of charred writing on the wall:

"True justice needs no sentimentality. —I want to see the rewritten version by tomorrow morning."

After the heavy footsteps faded away, Koby collapsed onto the ground, finding his Marine uniform soaked with cold sweat. He tremblingly picked up his phone and found a new chapter titled:

"The Era of Marshal Akainu: The Grand Line Pirate-Free Plan"...

And at the highest point of Marineford,

Akainu stood under the "Absolute Justice" plaque, on a video call:

"...Yes, all content describing Red Hair must be reviewed. Also, the ending arranged for that Red Hair brat must be tragic enough... What? You said literary creation freedom?"

Magma dripped down his arm, melting a large hole in the marble floor.

"This is my—'Literary Justice'!"
