The next day was duke and brother's fight.
As we walk out the halls, sir earthquake came to brother and suddenly pinned him to the wall by his mouth and I immediately used my powers and divert him off my brother, slamming him to the wall.
I approached my brother as he coughed and asked if he was ok.
"I'm alright sis" I sighed in relief and glared at sir earthquake as he left like nothing happened. But he limped.
I was pissed so I'm glad he's limping.
As we arrived at the arena, I stand there beside sir roist and greeted me with a smile.
"Greetings miss Seo, so who do you thinks gonna win"
"My brother" I said confidently, believing he will win.
And the fight started. As hits exchanged and dodges dodge.
I noticed something off, my brother was a little off but at the end, everything went well and he won.
Back at the room, I bandaged up brother and healed him while sir Kayden and sir Kartien talked to us about the fight.
"Y/n, don't be like your mentor here"
"You mean sir Kayden?"
"Exactly"
"What's wrong with me?!" Sir Kayden complained.

The red hair guy came and greeted us both on how we were doing and talked to jiwoo while I stepped out a while at the snow.
I got startled and pointed my summoned sword and saw someone familiar.
"Good evening miss y/n"
"Sir muse, I'm sorry"
"It's alright" he said as lowered his arms of surrender and I lowered my sword.
"I apologize for scaring you"
"It's fine" I said and we both were in silence before he spoke.
"The moon today is beautiful isn't it?"
"It sure is"
I said and looked up the full moon.
"Why didn't you fight?" He asked with curiosity and I replied.
"I don't fight without intentions set or if I really wanted to I could it's just....I'm not that interested in fighting"
"I see, you're more used to healing I heard"
"Uhm yeah"
He probably heard that I'm sir Kartien's apprentice.
"Anyways I shall head back now, would you like me to walk you back also?"
"Yeah, I'm getting cold anyways"
I said and was escorted back to my room. As we walked back to the room, I told him I would walk back to my room and said our goodnights.
While walking back, I passed by duke and tried to walk pass him but he stopped me by calling my name.

"Huh?"
We stared for a long time before he spoke and said it was nothing and left.
