But just as the first of the Iwa jōnin reached the top of the wall—
A blinding golden light suddenly shot into the sky.
At some point, Yagami had already ascended above them.
He spread both arms wide.
"Yasakani no Magatama."
In the next instant, countless light bullets poured down from his body like a storm.
"Fall back! Hurry!!"
Kagerō, the first to reach the top, cried out in alarm and instantly threw himself backward off the wall.
He would never forget that move.
Just earlier, it had wiped out more than three hundred of their comrades in mere seconds.
The other jōnin who had just exposed themselves over the top of the wall were equally terrified, immediately retreating as if their souls had nearly left their bodies.
