"Master." Fulgur spoke. Charles stood up with a smile on his face. Charles loosened his bandages.
"Starlight: Heal." Charles said as the bandages fell around him. Charles was wearing his smile like a hungry beast.
"Why did you have to get bandages if you were going to heal yourself?" I asked if he was such a rude person.
"They were suppression binds. They are used to seal away the Chaos Energy under the bandages that prevent movement like reinforcement or heal to active but it also keeps Chaos Energy in the body speeding up recovery of Chaos Energy and Starlight." Charles said he seemed to be bouncing with joy.
"You seem stronger." Fulgur said with a low bow. Both of his eyes were shut in respect. As Charles walks past him, Fulgur stands.
"Well sure I seem to be growing." Charles said a toothy grin was looking at Fulgur. As his finger nails turned into claws.
"Yeah I get to watch Boss fight!" A cheerful voice said me and Charles looked at a tree. Sitting on that tree it was Ash.
"You can call me dad if you can get even close to defeating me." Charles said with a smile full of mirth followed by a small laugh.
"Deal!" Ash yelled with a smile on his face. He quickly ran off. Ash's smile was massive.
"What a weird person." Charles said.
"You're the one to talk." I said as a response. He was such a weirdo.
"I'm not that weird." Charles said his voice was mocking.
"I agree, master." Fulgur said. He must be a D1 glazer.
"Nope you are." I said with a frown. He was the weirdest person.
"Don't listen to that one." Fulgur said bowing down low. He had a graceful smile.
"Can it you glazer." I said to Fulgur. Fulgur seems to snarl.
"You rat with wings." Fulgur said his voice was releasing a low growl.
"Better than being you." I retorted. I saw Charles roll his eyes.
"Let's get to the ring." Charles said as we walked there with most of the people. As it was late dusk.
"Death, life, spare your speech. Let others gain strength from the strong. Split the strongest in many pieces. Blood spill. Spoil purity. Sister of death, illusion and curses. Walpurgis the night of witches." Duke said as the thirteen pyres of wood bursted into velvet flames. Runes on the ground like a spiderweb connecting all the pyres. Runes glowed like stars. Marking appeared on the skin of Charles.
"I feel sluggish and weaker than before." Charles stated. Grabbing his head.
"Walpurgis is a night of mindless blood shed. You all will fight Charles and you can't die in this ring. But it can only be used once a year. On a blood moon." Duke explains as all the others charged. Charles let out an insane laugh.
"Let's fight!" Charles roared, spreading his bloodlust across the battlefield.
"I forgot to mention that it amplifies bloodlust and hatred. As well making pain feel like pleasure." Duke said with a deadpan look. Charles ripped someone's head off. As it bursted in purple flames. A purple flame on the pillars formed a tornado of fire.
"Don't worry about killing anyone, the only life at risk is yours. Everyone else will burst into flames and respawn outside the flames." Duke shouted. But Charles' eyes screamed bloody murder. His toothy smile seemed to hammer home the point. His knuckles cracked one by one. Charles rolled to the side I quickly flew above the battlefield it was Abel that attacked. Charles charged, punching her in the guts, doubling her over in pain.
"Chaos Slash." One of the random others launched it at Charles hitting him in the back. Charles charged at the person as he slammed him into the ground he turned into purple flames. I felt someone watching Charles and me nah I must be going paranoid like Charles.
"Shark Style: Tornpedo." Niuhi said as the water slammed Charles in the back. Launching him away. He was on his stomach. As he let out a howl of pure bloodlust.
"Chaos Bullet." Another random one said as it hit Charles shoulder. Charles' eyes turned yellow. His sclera turned pitch night darker than the night sky. His pupils became a six pointed star.
"Deus Stella." I said in shock as Charles fingers sharpen into claws.
"Damn he looks like him." A voice said from behind as I looked I saw nothing. It was feminine and sounded full of mischief.
"Chaos Slash." Another random person said as it launched at Charles he disappeared. Appearing behind the person he had ripped off both arms. His fist went through the back of his head. He burst into purple flames. Before he even hit the ground.
"Finally our rematch!" Meg yelled, his weapon raised above his head. Charles grabbed Meg's weapon arm and with the other hand ripped out his throat. Charles was hit by Ban. Knocking him to the side. As then Abel slashed his back. It was a shock there all working together.
"Starlight: Quake!" Charles howled as he stomped his foot. The ground shook violently. Charles was not stunned by the earthquake he caused.
"Chaos Rush." As Ban also charges swinging rapidly and quickly. Charles and Ban met head on. Charles was into the air.
"Shark Style: Torpedo." Niuhi said as she launched a mini shark made of Chaos energy Charles that exploded when it hit him. "Bingo Sharko." She said with a happy face. Charles started to free fall.
"Chaos Bullet." Another person said hitting him with a bullet made of Chaos energy.
"Chaos Arrow." Another random person said this time it barely missed Charles' head. Then boom Charles hit the ground like a bomb.
"Arrrrgggghhh!" Charles howled out as his body started to restore itself quickly.
"Damn it I forgot he can heal." Niuhi said with a bloodthirsty look in her eyes. As she stabs Charles in the shoulder crimson blood drips onto her scissor spear. Charles grabs the weapon. Niuhi jumped back without her weapon. She had a few burns on her hands.
"He tougher than anyone I know." Ban said with a crazy grin did everyone lose their mind.
"Damn right I am proud to know he is the boss of us." Niuhi said, looking at Charles. He was just standing there.
"Starlight: Ability Boost." Charles said with a single fang smile.
"That my m-" Before Ban could finish he was without a head Charles stood behind him. As his body bursted into purple flames.
"Greater Chaos Slash." Abel said as she hit him causing a deep cut on his back. Blood gushed out of the wound like a waterfall.
"Eua style: Nigéria Fall." Rachel said as her spear tip was hard to track it hit Charles. Causing many small wounds. Charles let out another beastal howl of pure primal fury. Knocking everyone near him back.
"Starlight: Heal." Charles said as he completely heals in an instant. Charles punched the ground it shattered causing a dust screen to form. Blocking my vision. As Charles flings himself out of his cover. Rachel had to block a kick from Charles. Followed by a punch to the jaw that dislocated the lower part of her jaw. Charles picks her up by the throat and crushes her windpipe. She burst into purple flames.
