Chapter 322 - Chapter 304 It's time to set off

Garp looked at the group of people on the ship, cleared his throat, coughed deliberately, and said with full vigor, "Hmm, that's it. I was on vacation and passing by here, and I thought I'd bring merry to see you all. Now that we've met, we'll be leaving."

"Hey, Sengoku! We'll chat later, take your son with you!"

Sengoku's eyes were red, immersed in the excitement of a long-awaited reunion, reminiscing endlessly.

All those past memories, worries, and longing now transformed into tears welling up in his eyes.

Just then, Garp's loud voice suddenly came, instantly pulling Sengoku back to reality from his memories.

He was startled, tear stains still on his face, and he murmured, "That's right, Rosinante is a Marine. He should come back with me."

Sengoku recalled that he had been so caught up in the excitement of reunion that he had forgotten about Rosinante's Marine identity, and he couldn't help but feel a bit exasperated.

He raised a hand to wipe away the remaining tears from the corners of his eyes, composed himself, then gently patted Rosinante's shoulder, his voice tinged with emotion, and said earnestly, "Rosinante, let's go back, back to Marineford."

When Rosinante heard Sengoku's words, his mind reeled. His memory was still stuck at the moment his life ended, and looking at Sengoku's white hair before him, the marks of time were so glaring.

Rosinante subconsciously nodded, a pang of bitterness in his heart. He thought that it was time for him to spend more time with this elder in this belated time.

(◎ - ◎;) This time, Law was the one stunned in place.

He widened his eyes, his face full of disbelief, his mouth slightly open but unable to make a sound.

Mr. Corazon, who had just been revived with such difficulty, was leaving just like that, and was about to become an enemy!!!

Rosinante turned to look at the distraught Law, and couldn't help but scratch his head, a gentle smile on his face:

"Law, why don't you come with us...? This is Fleet Admiral Sengoku, Law, you should call him Grandpa."

Sengoku gave Law an annoyed glance, his tone a mix of helplessness and teasing: "He, well, to go to Marine Headquarters, he needs to receive a summons. After all, he's still a Shichibukai, but, since he actively attacked Doflamingo, it's likely he won't be one soon."

Law opened his mouth, looking as if he wanted to speak but couldn't. He felt incredibly stifled. He hadn't even attacked; he had been imprisoned by Doflamingo and had even lost an arm because of it.

But the words caught in his throat, and he didn't know where to begin, so he could only close his mouth helplessly, his face filled with resignation and frustration.

Law knew in his heart that even if Corazon was revived, his aversion to the Marine was still deeply rooted.

He was still struggling with how to respond, but before he could make a decision, Luffy burst out like a cannonball.

"No way!!! Trafalgar is our Companion! We agreed to go defeat Kaido together! He won't go with you guys!!!" Luffy shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice echoing in the air.

In an instant, everyone else on the ship widened their eyes, looking at this "death-seeking" Luffy with horror.

Sanji's cigarette almost dropped to the ground, his eyes wide, silently screaming in his mind: "What are you saying!! Shut up! Do you have a death wish?!"

Nami covered her face, crying, her eyes filled with despair, as if she had already foreseen the coming storm.

Usopp was trembling with fear, muttering, "Luffy, at least look at who's around you!"

Chopper cried tears like wide noodles. Was today really their doomsday?

When Garp heard Luffy's words, he was stunned for a moment, then threw his head back and burst into hearty laughter, his boisterous laughter echoing around: "As expected of my Grandson! So young, and already going to fight Kaido? What spirit!"

Sengoku's face instantly darkened, and he glared at Garp, saying angrily, "What nonsense are you spouting, Garp! Do you think Kaido is some kind of salted fish?!"

"If these brats really go up against Kaido, if they succeed, they'll be a huge threat to the World Government. If they fail, not only will they lose their lives, but they might also cause chaos!"

Sengoku's expression was grave, his eyes exuding an undeniable authority, and he slowly said, "Neither outcome is something the Marine can tolerate."

"The expansion and provocation of pirates severely threaten world order."

"Indeed, this Old Man must stop your evil here." As he spoke, his aura surged, and an invisible pressure permeated the air.

At this critical juncture, with tension rising, the tightly closed door creaked open, and Orochimaru sauntered out, holding a bag of senbei, slowly putting them into his mouth, his cheeks puffing as he chewed.

He squinted at the suddenly enraged and imposing Sengoku, and casually said, "An Old Man about to retire, don't make such a fuss."

Sengoku's face flushed with anger, veins bulging on his forehead, and he roared, "You evil fellow! Some things must have been planned by you!"

Orochimaru, however, didn't care at all, sticking out his tongue to lick the senbei crumbs from the corner of his mouth, and chuckled sinisterly:

"Oh, such a temper. Be careful not to get sick before you retire."

After Orochimaru finished speaking, he was about to watch Sengoku's embarrassed and angry reaction, but out of the corner of his eye, he caught sight of Garp, expressionless, staring intently at him.

His heart skipped a beat, and his body stiffened. He secretly wondered: Did I go too far with what I just said to Sengoku, and did I anger Garp?

Garp stared intently at Orochimaru, his gaze piercing, as if trying to see through him.

Just as Orochimaru was getting unnerved, Garp suddenly looked at him very seriously, his tone even carrying a hint of disappointment, as if scolding him for not living up to expectations:

"You're hoarding! I haven't tried this flavor of senbei! Give me a bag!"

This sudden turn of events left everyone present stunned, as if time had momentarily stopped.

Sengoku's previously angry face instantly froze, his expression as if he had been put under a petrification spell.

Immediately after, his eyes turned crimson, as if about to spew fire, looking utterly exasperated, as if he was about to devour Garp alive the next second, and he roared loudly:

"Garp, you idiot, what time is it and you're still thinking about senbei!"

The sound made the surrounding air tremble slightly.

Garp completely ignored the furious Sengoku, his eyes fixed on the bag of senbei in Orochimaru's hand.

Although he was dying of craving, he still had some dignity; he wouldn't stoop to snatching half-eaten food from his Grandson.

Orochimaru's mouth twitched a few times. Alright, he was wrong, he forgot about this flavor, okay? Then he sighed helplessly and turned his gaze to Sanji.

After all, this unique flavor of senbei was a snack Sanji had made especially for him before, seeing that he liked it.

Seeing this, Sanji took a deep drag from his cigarette, slowly exhaled a smoke ring, and also sighed, saying, "The ingredients are still readily available. Give me a moment, it'll be ready soon."

So, as soon as Garp heard Sanji say he would make new ones immediately, his face instantly broke into a wide smile, and he trotted after Sanji towards the kitchen, like a giant Luffy.

He was still muttering, "Sanji boy, hurry up, Old Man can't wait."

Sengoku watched Garp's behavior, stamping his foot in anger. "Garp, you stop right there! What kind of decorum is this!"

But Garp didn't even turn his head, waved his hand, and shouted, "Sengoku, talk later, let me taste the senbei first."
