The youth started taking one step forward, erasing the remaining distance between them. Now, the two of them stood at a very close distance.
Around them, Allen, Alrain, Ordion, Alvein, Kylen, and Dylan simultaneously held their breath for a moment. The morning atmosphere which was previously relaxed now turned very thrilling. The six of them were truly looking forward to what answer Davin would give to Arvin.
The atmosphere became increasingly tense and gripping as the brownish-white-haired youth slowly started raising his right hand up, moving towards Arvin's face.
Will he really reject that proposal? thought Allen, also feeling tense watching the scene happening in front of his eyes. If he actually refuses, My Husband might never want him again forever!
Davin's right hand raised in the air swung with a fairly fast movement, splitting the air between the two of them.
Everyone watching the scene held their breath, preparing to hear the sound of a loud slap echoing in the room.
However, what happened next actually made everyone stunned.
Instead of the sound of a slap being heard, the brownish-white-haired youth instead wrapped his arms around, hugging Arvin's body tightly.
The hug didn't last long, but was deep enough to convey his feelings.
Arvin slightly widened his eyes. He felt surprised as well as very happy because at this very second, the former alliance army general full of pride, was finally willing to become his spouse.
"You really can play with my psychology very easily, huh?" said Davin panting slightly. His eyes looked straight into the blue eyes of the former villain. "You are very smart at making me feel cornered until finally I had no other choice but to choose to be willing to be your spouse."
Arvin smiled widely, both his hands now wrapped comfortably around Davin's waist.
"That means, you—"
Before he could finish his sentence, Davin immediately cut him off with a gentle but firm tone.
"I am very willing!" Davin smiled faintly, the red blush on his face still not completely fading. "I feel I already know your true personality and character enough, even though I have only been with you here for a day. At least, I know you will never hurt other people without reason."
Then, Davin released his embrace from Arvin's body and shifted to holding both sides of the blue-haired youth's face gently.
"I will truly look forward to the moment when you declare your official proposal and your Life-and-Death vow in front of the God, My King." whispered Davin, declaring his loyalty.
Hearing the new endearment, Arvin's smile grew wider. However, he felt the need to give an explanation about the order of his plans so Davin could understand the situation.
"But, I hope you can be patient and willing to wait a little longer, Davin." said Arvin rubbing the back of Davin's hand that was on his cheek. "Because based on the order, I have to propose to my fifth spouse first. After that, I will officially propose to Kylen in front of his father in the Flamort Kingdom, then propose to Dylan in front of his late mother's grave... and after all those promises are fulfilled, then I will propose to you."
"I don't mind at all!" answered Davin quickly, showing his maturity. He took a step back to tidy up his slightly wrinkled uniform. "I can wait patiently until my turn arrives. But for now, shouldn't we hurry up and head to the Victoriaz academy?"
"Yes, you are right!" answered Arvin full of spirit. Then, his eyes looked at the faces of all the youths he loved so much one by one with a gaze full of affection. "Let's leave now, my cute spouses."
"Yes, My Husband!" answered Allen with a beaming face.
"Okay, My Love!" chimed in Alrain casually.
"Let's go, My Dear!" said Ordion with his wide smile.
"Of course, Honey!" added Alvein nodding enthusiastically.
"With pleasure, Darling!" replied Kylen smiling sweetly.
"Sure, My Beloved!" chimed in Dylan with a gentle tone.
"Let's go, My King!" concluded Davin no less enthusiastically.
Hearing the choir of replies from his seven spouses calling with their respective terms of endearment, Arvin's chest felt very warm. My morning today is going very perfectly.
A few moments later, after finishing enjoying breakfast together, everyone in the shelter house immediately left for the Victoriaz academy, only leaving the horse carriage drivers and Kylen's two guard soldiers tasked with guarding the house.
And what happened next, their group became the center of attention.
The group of hundreds of students from the Astoria and Flamort academies walking side by side in full uniform crossing the main streets of the Victoriaz capital was a very rare sight and instantly became the center of attention and a topic of conversation for all the capital's residents who were doing activities.
After more than ten minutes of walking leisurely cutting through the city crowd, they all finally arrived at the front square area and without hesitation immediately entered the main gate of the inner area of the Victoriaz academy.
Just as they stepped inside, a reddish-yellow-haired committee member in a special committee uniform, came approaching the group from the Astoria Kingdom and the Flamort Kingdom.
"Good morning, I apologize for interrupting everyone's journey. I am here to give directions." said the youth with a very polite and friendly tone. He pointed towards the large hallway in front of him. "Only students with the status of tournament participants are allowed to enter through this straight hallway."
The youth then directed his hand to the other side. "And for supporting students and spectators, you are expected to take the path and go through the hallway on the right there towards the grandstand."
Hearing the instruction, everyone simultaneously turned to look at the direction pointed by the reddish-yellow-haired committee member. After chatting briefly with each other, the large group was finally divided into two and separated, walking down different hallways.
Dylan and Davin walked towards the grandstand together with Dean Saires, the board of teachers and hundreds of other students. While Arvin and the others walked towards the special hallway for participants.
However, before the participant group walked too far, Arvin suddenly stopped his steps. He stared intently at the committee member's back just now.
"Hey you, committee!" called Arvin with a loud voice, making the youth stop his work and turn his head.
"Yes, is there anything I can help you with?" replied the youth, walking closer to Arvin again.
"Is your name Arion?"
