Chapter 205: Finding Tom
In front of an ordinary shipyard.
The Bull stopped.
"Moo…" It called out to Jiang Qize.
"Thanks. Wait here for me for a bit." Jiang Qize smiled and patted its head.
Then he went ashore and walked toward the shipyard.
Tom's Shipyard was not located on the upper part of Water 7. Instead, it was at the very bottom, the most dangerous area, always at risk of being flooded by seawater, extremely close to the shore.
At this moment, Tom's Shipyard had its doors wide open. Scattered salt crystals lay on the ground, emitting a faint shimmer.
"Iceburg, you bastard! Who told you to touch my battleship!!"
A childish roar came from inside.
"You used my materials." A cold voice replied, carrying a hint of youth.
"Teacher Tom gave them to me!"
"Teacher gave them to me…"
"Mine…"
Upon hearing these two voices, Jiang Qize immediately knew who they were.
The corners of his mouth lifted as he stepped inside.
The interior was large but extremely messy—tools, wooden planks, and steel were scattered everywhere.
Hearing someone enter, two little kids about one and a half meters tall stopped and looked at him.
One looked rather delicate, with blue hair, while the other had a long horse-like face and wore a simple short shirt and shorts.
"Are you here to commission a ship?"
Young Franky looked at the cold yet extraordinarily handsome big brother and couldn't help but have his eyes light up.
Jiang Qize smiled faintly and said, "I'm here to look for your teacher. Is he here?"
"You know our Teacher Tom?"
Iceburg, standing to the side, looked at him with a cold gaze and asked warily.
A year ago, people had come looking for Teacher Tom. Those people treated him very badly and had almost taken him away.
"I've heard of him. Never met him."
Looking at the hostile little Iceburg, Jiang Qize couldn't help but smile.
"What do you want with the teacher?" Seeing his demeanor, which didn't seem like that of a bad person, the hostility in Iceburg's eyes lessened somewhat.
"I have business with him. Tell him that Summoner Ze is looking for him—he should come see me."
It was the first time Jiang Qize reported his name.
"I'll go tell the teacher. Big brother, wait here for a bit…"
Franky shouted to him, then ran inside like a monkey.
"Franky…" Iceburg's expression changed drastically. He tried to stop him, but the kid was already gone.
He gritted his teeth, his dislike for Franky increasing yet again.
To him, Franky was a brainless brute. He really couldn't understand why the teacher liked him so much!
Thump, thump…
At that moment, the ground trembled slightly as a tall figure walked out.
This was a fish-man wearing a blue coat, with light yellow skin mottled with spots. His body was extremely broad and fat, his head had two small pointed horns, and he stood over three meters tall, his body covered in scars.
"Summoner Ze, what are you doing here?"
Tom looked at Jiang Qize and asked in a deep voice.
"Mr. Tom, I'd like to invite you to join my team," Jiang Qize said with a smile.
"If it's for that, please leave." Tom rejected him outright.
"No need to rush to refuse. You should be very clear—given your current status, they won't let you go. The Sea Train you're researching can, at most, only buy you ten-odd years of time."
Tom's pupils shrank.
He was shocked—shocked that Jiang Qize knew about the Sea Train. After all, at present, only the World Government and his two apprentices knew about it, since the project hadn't made much progress yet.
"I also know a lot about you, and I know that the Pluton blueprints are in your possession—but none of that matters. Pluton is important to the World Government, but to me, it's just so-so.
You should understand what I'm saying."
Jiang Qize looked at him with a smile and said.
