Chapter 351: Encounter with Dimi

Jiang Qize watched his movements and couldn't help but smile.

He had only been curious about who this young man was, so he followed him over.

Unexpectedly, he even saw two Supreme Grade Great Blades—moreover, they were Golden Lion Shiki's swords. That made the young man's identity even stranger. After all, this was a character who had never appeared in the anime.

"Y-you are… Summoner Ze?"

Dimi finally remembered who he was.

Wasn't this the captain of the Dragon Flame Pirate Crew he had always wanted to join before? One of the Five Emperors of the New World—a super powerhouse who destroyed the Marine Headquarters and Impel Down, and even liberated another Emperor.

Why would he be here…

But he looks so young.

Dimi stared at Jiang Qize, shock evident in his eyes.

"No need to worry. I'm not interested in swords," Jiang Qize said with a smile as he looked at him.

Dimi's tension eased a little.

Although he had once wanted to join the Dragon Flame Pirate Crew, now that he had gained some strength, that desire was no longer as strong.

Toward Summoner Ze, he now felt more curiosity about his strength, along with a trace of respect and fear.

"Golden Lion is my teacher and godfather."

Dimi looked at him and said.

"Oh? Has Golden Lion started adopting sons everywhere like Whitebeard too?"

Jiang Qize paused for a moment, then raised a smile.

Dimi didn't understand what he meant.

"It seems Golden Lion has trained you well. But if you want to become a renowned powerhouse on the seas, you still have a long way to go. I hope to hear your name in the New World."

Jiang Qize smiled, and then his body transformed into a streak of lightning and disappeared from where he stood.

Dimi froze for a moment.

Then excitement surged within him. A Five Emperor had actually said such words to him.

His gaze instantly became firm. He had to become a powerhouse of the seas and stand before him with absolute strength.

...

The sun had already set, and night had fallen.

On the Red Line.

In the Holy Land of Mary Geoise, most of the lights had already gone out, with only a few flickering here and there.

Tap, tap, tap…

Squads of soldiers patrolled back and forth.

But they were already used to this kind of life. They didn't think anyone would dare cause trouble here—this was something that hadn't happened for hundreds or even thousands of years. Naturally, they didn't patrol very seriously.

"Tsk, heard about it? Baron Karma just bought another batch of really good-looking slaves. So enviable."

"Even if you envy him, it's not your turn. Let's just do our jobs honestly, earn some money, and go have some fun in the red-light district."

"Sigh… when will this kind of life ever end…"

As a squad of soldiers passed by, two of them quietly chatted.

Not far from them, a massive shadow leaned against the wall, watching them speak.

Only after they disappeared did it step out.

It was the fish-man, Tiger.

He moved toward the Celestial Dragons' slave prison.

The Celestial Dragons had built several large slave prisons, where countless slaves—once bought and then discarded after they were no longer of interest—were thrown in to fend for themselves. There weren't many soldiers guarding these prisons.

Crack!

Tiger appeared in front of two soldiers. His large hands seized their necks and twisted violently.

The two soldiers couldn't even make a sound before they died instantly.

Tiger walked inside.

The dim prison was filled with the stench of decay and all kinds of foul odors.

In one of the cells, three thin figures huddled together, sitting on the ground with their arms wrapped around their knees, their bodies trembling nonstop, fear filling their eyes.

Thud… thud…

A faint sound echoed through the prison. Though it was soft, they still heard it and couldn't help but lift their heads, revealing small, dirt-covered faces.
