Chapter 52 - CHAPTER 52

Rimo, who was holding Neon Nostrade, began introducing the members of the troupe to her one by one.

"Remember? This is the big sister you just met. Her name is Machi Komacine."

"Hello, Sister Machi," Nion greeted obediently.

Originally, Machi didn't want to respond, but after recalling what happened in the bathroom earlier and Rimo's words she hesitated for a moment before letting out a soft:

"…Mm."

Seeing that, Rimo smiled inwardly.

For Machi, this was already a good start.

"That one over there the black-haired guy who looks a bit too refined for a criminal his name is Chrollo Lucilfer. You can call him Brother Chrollo."

Chrollo looked at Rimo with a rare hint of disbelief.

"Rimo… are you saying I look like a woman?"

Rimo stared at him seriously for a second, then nodded.

"Yes."

"Hahahahaha!"

The rest of the Phantom Troupe burst into laughter.

Chrollo could only shake his head helplessly.

Rimo's eyes flashed with amusement.

Who told you to keep teasing me yesterday?

Under the relaxed and chaotic atmosphere created by Rimo and the others, Nion's earlier nervousness quickly faded.

With Rimo's half-serious, half-teasing introductions and occasional guidance Nion gradually became familiar with everyone.

After all, if she was going to follow Rimo, interacting with the troupe was inevitable.

The members understood this as well and cooperated surprisingly well.

Even Feitan Portor gave a brief greeting.

However, what surprised Rimo the most

Was Uvogin.

When Nion shyly called out, "Brother Uvogin,"

Uvogin actually blushed.

Rimo froze for a second.

This was the first time he had ever seen Uvogin show that kind of expression.

Amazing.

"Hey! Deputy Leader! How long are you going to stare at me like that?!"

Uvogin roared, embarrassed and irritated.

"I don't want to… but this is really something rare."

Rimo continued staring at him like he had discovered a new species.

"Damn it!"

Unable to do anything to Rimo, Uvogin vented his frustration on the steak in front of him.

"Another serving!"

"Hahahahaha!"

The dining hall burst into laughter again.

Even Franklin Bordeau had a faint smile.

After a while, the door opened.

Wright Nosla walked in.

"My lords, the government officials have arrived. If you've finished eating, we can proceed to the living room to register your identities."

Rimo wiped his mouth with a napkin.

"Alright. Let's handle business first."

Then he naturally reached out and patted Nion's head.

"Nion, Master needs to take care of something. Go back to your room first. I'll tell you a story later."

The moment she heard the word "story," Nion's eyes sparkled.

"Okay! Nion will wait! Don't forget!"

With that, she happily skipped away.

Rimo noticed that not only himself, but even Uvogin and Franklin were smiling faintly at the scene.

So even these guys have a soft spot for kids…

Rimo chuckled inwardly.

Soon, under the lead of Wright Nosla, they arrived at the living room.

There, a nervous-looking government worker sat in front of a computer and biometric equipment.

The man immediately stood up and bowed when he saw Wright Nosla.

"Mr. Nosla, everything is ready."

It was obvious

The way Wright Nosla controlled him wasn't just through money.

"Mm."

Wright Nosla nodded coldly, then turned respectfully toward Rimo.

"My lords, everything is prepared."

The worker's expression immediately changed.

He looked at the group in shock.

Since when did the Nostrade Family have such terrifying figures backing them?

Wait

Is this something I'm even supposed to know?

Am I going to be silenced?

In a place like Yorknew's underworld, that was the first thought that came to mind.

"Relax. Just do your job."

Rimo spoke casually, noticing his panic.

"Y-Yes!"

The man straightened up immediately.

The registration process began.

Photos were taken.

Personal information was filled in.

Fingerprints and other biometric data were recorded.

It was simple and efficient.

Of course, since Nobunaga Hazama and Uvogin weren't exactly the scholarly type, the worker had to fill in their details for them.

Before long, everything was completed.

The worker bowed repeatedly, then hurriedly packed up his equipment and fled, as if afraid he would be killed if he stayed even a second longer.

After he left, Wright Nosla remained respectful.

"The identification cards should be ready by tomorrow. Please be patient."

Rimo glanced at him.

This man really knew how to endure.

Even now, he hadn't mentioned a single word about replacing the Fanobi family.

Rimo decided not to tease him further for Nion's sake.

"Before that… who wants to get some exercise?"

Rimo suddenly said.

"Huh? Exercise? What kind?" Uvogin asked with interest.

"The kind you like."

Rimo squinted at him.

"My favorite…?"

Nobunaga rolled his eyes.

"Idiot. He means a fight."

"Fight?!"

Uvogin's eyes lit up instantly.

"I'm in!"

At the mention of combat, all fatigue disappeared from him.

Wright Nosla, standing nearby, had already guessed Rimo's intention.

His breathing quickened slightly, and his gaze turned fiery.

"Nosla."

"Yes, Lord Rimo."

"Bring me everything you have on the Fanobi family."

"Yes! Thank you, Lord Rimo!"

Wright Nosla bowed deeply nearly ninety degrees.

Suppressing his excitement, he quickly turned and headed toward the study, where the intelligence had already been prepared.

Rimo then looked at the members of the troupe.

"So anyone interested in taking on a job?"

He shrugged slightly.

"I agreed to this personally, so it's optional. Even if you don't come, it doesn't matter."

After all

"It's just a group of weak opponents."
