Chrollo stepped out of the Air Door into the heart of the rainforest just in time to catch the scene.

A look of genuine relief crossed his face. After their recent, massive power boosts, a single lightning strike wasn't going to be enough to break those four.

Rustle... rustle...

From the brush behind him, Bonney, Nami, and Wyper's squad finally caught up.

Bonney looked completely shocked when she saw Chrollo hanging back instead of jumping into the fray.

"You're seriously letting those four fight the Rumble-Rumble Fruit user by themselves? That's one of the most overpowered Logia types out there! They couldn't even beat me..."

Chrollo kept his eyes locked on the battlefield, not even turning his head.

"That was in the past."

"They're on a completely different level now."

Chrollo finally glanced back at her.

"Trust me. If you don't figure out your 'power of imagination' and master Haki soon, they're going to leave you in the dust."

"It's not exactly something you just figure out overnight..."

Bonney squatted on the ground, pulling a banana out of nowhere and peeling it.

If you just sit around eating and being lazy, of course you'll never figure it out!

Chrollo honestly wondered if the timeline changing and her joining the Troupe had made her too comfortable.

In the original timeline, she had fought her way to Egghead Island all by herself!

"Hey... stop picking on me. You should be watching the fight."

Bonney made an ice cream bar magically appear and started loudly biting into it.

"Do you actually think those four can beat Enel?"

Chrollo shook his head.

"Not necessarily."

But... there's a chance.

Uvogin had already mastered basic Armament Haki and was closing in on the intermediate level.

Nobunaga could manipulate the seawater of the White Sea, creating a lethal threat to someone like Enel who relied entirely on his Devil Fruit.

Phinks's defense had reached a point where even Enel couldn't easily break through it, giving them a solid shield.

Feitan had the speed, and his Planet-Buster Bomb ability for the day packed an apocalyptic punch.

So, on paper... as long as the four of them coordinated properly, they had a real shot at taking Enel down.

But...

Chrollo narrowed his eyes.

Enel possessed top-tier Observation Haki. He could predict everything.

Their attacks would be completely transparent to him.

The key to victory lay in whether or not the four of them could seize that one-in-a-million opening—creating a fatal strike that Enel could see coming, but physically couldn't react fast enough to dodge!

Breaking completely free from the lightning pillar, Uvogin—now standing thirty feet tall with his hair standing on end—charged at Enel like a rabid beast, launching the first attack!

Pumping with the raw, chaotic strength of a literal giant, every step he took shattered the bedrock beneath his feet!

Even in the face of such a terrifying charge, Enel's expression remained utterly indifferent.

"Is that so..."

"I suppose I'll just have to beat you into submission before you learn your place."

"I will show you, with absolute clarity, the canyon that separates us."

"Only then will you understand true despair. You'll crawl at my feet and tremble... Heh."

"Karma: Big Bang Impact!"

Closing the distance, Uvogin flashed a savage grin. He drew his right arm back to its absolute limit, clenching his fist as pitch-black Armament Haki coated his knuckles. Aiming straight down at Enel, he unleashed a devastating haymaker!

The punch fell like a meteor. The sheer explosive force warped the space around it, sparking wild arcs of electricity and kicking up a torrential gale.

And yet...

Hummm.

A strange fluctuation rippled through the air, seemingly feeding a signal directly into Enel's brain.

A crimson glint flashed in Enel's eyes. Without changing his bored expression, he simply tilted his body a split second before the fist connected, letting the massive strike graze right past his shoulder.

The terrifying shockwave from the punch obliterated the trees behind him, carving a massive, three-hundred-foot trench into the earth.

But Enel, standing right under the point of impact, didn't have a scratch on him.

Nobunaga's follow-up was instantaneous. Using the Float-Float Fruit, he ripped up the surrounding rocks, dirt, and trees, levitating them into the air before launching them at Enel like artillery fire!

At the same time, two impossibly sharp flying slashes—trailing blinding arcs of light—erupted from his dual swords, tearing through the air to cleave everything in their path.

Facing the onslaught converging on him from all sides, Enel remained completely apathetic.

"It's useless."

Bzzzt.

A millisecond before the attacks landed, his body dissolved into a flash of lightning and vanished.

He instantly reappeared high above them.

"I can see everything you're going to do."

"This angle suits you perfectly," Enel sneered, looking down at the four of them. "Mortals..."

THUD.

Phinks stomped hard on the ground, cratering the dirt beneath him. In the blink of an eye, he materialized right behind Enel. His right arm was already wound up—fifteen full rotations of his Ripper Cyclotron.

BOOM!

A massive pillar of golden light exploded from the punch. But Enel hadn't moved an inch. Phinks's fist had simply passed cleanly through his chest.

Phinks stared in shock.

Enel maintained his aloof smirk, mocking him.

"What's wrong? Surprised?"

"You cannot hit God."

Down on the ground, Feitan had already positioned himself directly beneath Enel.

Spit.

He spat a mouthful of blood onto the dirt, his face twisted into a mask of cold, absolute contempt.

"Doul oos er'uoy."

"You're too damn loud."

"Ti hsup t'nod."

"Don't push your luck."

"Reffus uoy ekam annog m'i."

"I'm going to make you suffer."

A pitch-black, incredibly sinister aura began to leak out of Feitan's body, burning brighter and wilder by the second.

On the battlefield, Uvogin, Nobunaga, and Phinks all realized what was happening at the exact same moment. Their faces dropped.

"That bastard Feitan is losing it again..."

Grotesque skull motifs began to condense from his aura, weaving together to form a bizarre, black-and-white cloak that completely shrouded his head, body, and legs.

"Crap—!"

"He's using that form."

"This isn't good. Run! We're gonna get caught in the crossfire!"

Uvogin and the other two didn't hesitate. They instantly turned and bolted toward the edge of the battlefield. Even Chrollo, who had been watching from the tree line, grabbed Bonney, Nami, and Wyper, quickly backing away.

"Why are we running away?"

Bonney's large eyes were filled with confusion. Nami looked just as bewildered.

"Feitan is an incredibly petty guy."

Chrollo said, seemingly out of nowhere.

"Because of that, he harbors a specific ability deep inside him—one that takes all the pain and damage he's received and reflects it back at the enemy, multiplied."

Chrollo looked back at the standoff between the two men.

"Once he gets angry enough, he uses it without caring who's around. The blast radius is absolutely massive. And considering how long he was getting electrocuted just now..."

"If you get caught in this blast..."

"...You will die."

Feitan's eyes radiated a chilling, murderous intent.

His immense aura erupted into the sky. A colossal, meteor-sized sphere of energy began to form high in the air, radiating an unimaginably scorching heat.

The terrifying temperature across the ground began to spike rapidly.

"Uoy ot kcab niap eht gnivig m'i."

"I'm giving the pain back to you."

"Taeh gnihcrocs otni nrut."

"Turn into scorching heat."

"Nus gnihcrocs eht ni nrub."

"Burn in the scorching sun."

[Pain Packer: The Unforgiven]

The surface temperature kept climbing... 200 degrees...

400 degrees...

4,000 degrees!!!

The burning, planet-busting sun plummeted from the sky, and then... blinding hellfire swallowed absolutely everything!!!
