"What?!"

Kaido and Big Mom both stared at Marco in disbelief.

Kaido had long harbored ambitions of launching a world-shaking war—one that would drag those high-and-mighty Celestial Dragons down from their thrones. But the Three Emperors Alliance had only just been formed. Rushing headlong into a direct confrontation with the World Government now would be reckless.

He shook his head. "The timing isn't right yet."

Big Mom shared the same view, her expression unusually serious. "Indeed. That idea is far too extreme. Attacking the Holy Land, Mary Geoise, would be equivalent to openly declaring war on the World Government. At that point, the enemies we'd face wouldn't just be the Marines."

Hearing their cautious responses, Marco couldn't help but sigh inwardly.

'It's almost as if they believe the World Government will simply leave us alone if we we don't strike first,' he thought dryly.

The rejection left Marco slightly displeased. He could raid Mary Geoise alone—but doing so would be far riskier without support.

Still, one thing was certain.

Mary Geoise was on his list.

Even if he didn't move now, he would sooner or later. In Marco's eyes, those Celestial Dragon "gods" were nothing more than walking piles of experience points, waiting to be harvested.

Big Mom let out a laugh, a trace of mockery flickering in her eyes. "So? What are you planning to do next, Marco?"

Marco met her gaze coldly, snorted, and replied evenly, "What am I going to do? I have my own methods."

Unexpectedly, Kaido spoke up. "Do you need our help?"

Marco shook his head gently, his tone resolute. "No. All I need is for you to help me locate the Blackbeard Pirates' hideout. As for Whitey Bay—I already have a way to save her."

Big Mom's grin widened. "Mamamama! In that case, let's continue our meeting."

After hours of negotiations, all three sides finally reached a comprehensive agreement.

The Beasts Pirates would send Yamato to the Phoenix Pirates to marry Ace. At the same time, Page One would be dispatched to marry Charlotte Joscarpone, the twenty-ninth daughter of the Charlotte Family.

On the Phoenix Pirates' side, after Marco contacted Zack and Fossa, both agreed to serve as marriage envoys. Zack would marry Ulti of the Beasts Pirates, while Fossa would marry Charlotte Smoothie of the Big Mom Pirates.

The Big Mom Pirates also consented to the marriage between Charlotte Poire and Jack, one of the Beasts Pirates' All-Stars.

In addition, as a gesture of sincerity—after receiving Commander-level fighter Fossa—Big Mom agreed to send two members of the Charlotte Family to the Phoenix Pirates. Charlotte Angel would marry Jozu, commander of the Phoenix Pirates' Third Division, and Marco himself would marry Charlotte Garett, the eighteenth daughter of the Charlotte Family.

That night, Onigashima blazed with light.

Multiple grand weddings were held simultaneously, marking the formal birth of the Three Emperors Alliance.

The next morning, the Phoenix Pirates prepared to depart, now accompanied by newlywed Yamato, Charlotte Angel, Charlotte Garett, and the other brides. Zack and Fossa were still on Beehive Island, so further arrangements would be made once they returned and regrouped in Wano and Totto Land.

Before parting, Big Mom personally summoned Angel and Garett, her tone grave.

"Angel. Garett. Remember—Charlotte blood flows in your veins. Any information you obtain must be sent back immediately." Her gaze lingered on Garett. "Especially you. Marco praised you yesterday as the most beautiful girl in the Charlotte family. Make good use of your charm. Extract as much benefit as possible for our family."

"I understand, Mama," Garett replied solemnly.

As she spoke, a faint blush crept onto her cheeks.

She couldn't help but recall the previous night—when Big Mom had asked Marco why he chose her, and he had answered without hesitation: Because she's the most beautiful girl in the Charlotte Family.

As a daughter of a Yonko, Garett had always carried herself with pride, looking down on ordinary men and dismissing most suitors without a second glance.

But Marco was different.

He wasn't just a man—he was a Yonko, standing at the very pinnacle of the world.

And that made all the difference.

On Beehive Island, the Big Mom Pirates and the Phoenix Pirates gathered together to witness the wedding of Smoothie and Fossa.

Although the marriage was born of political necessity, the members of the Phoenix Pirates still offered Fossa their sincere blessings. After all, alliance or not, he was still their brother.

As Captain of the Phoenix Pirates, Marco personally presented Fossa with a wedding gift—a Devil Fruit.

In truth, the Phoenix Pirates possessed several Devil Fruits in their reserves. In the past, protected by their old man, few of them felt an urgent need to rely on Devil Fruits for power. But now was different.

Using the wedding as an opportunity to strengthen his friend, Marco handed Fossa a Zoan-type Devil Fruit.

At present, Fossa's strength was only at the level of a Strong Captain, while Smoothie already possessed power approaching that of a weak Yonko commander. Though this was a political marriage, Fossa was still an envoy of the Phoenix Pirates—and more importantly, a man.

If he couldn't protect his own wife, or worse, couldn't even stand on equal footing with her, it would be downright humiliating. Especially considering the Phoenix Pirates' straightforward beliefs: men protected women, not the other way around.

As Fossa swallowed the Devil Fruit, his body began to swell rapidly. Bones cracked, muscles expanded, and in the blink of an eye, he transformed into a massive white bear—seven or eight meters tall.

The surrounding Captains stared in amazement.

"How do you feel?" Marco asked, watching the towering polar bear with interest.

Through his level scan, Marco had already confirmed it—Fossa's strength had surged to the level of a weak Yonko commander. The Bear-Bear Fruit, Polar Bear form, had granted him a tremendous boost.

Fossa quickly reverted to human form and smiled broadly. "Thank you, Marco. This Devil Fruit suits me perfectly. I can clearly feel how much stronger I've become."

Yamato grinned. "That's Zoan Fruits for you. They directly enhance strength, speed, and stamina—of course you'd feel the effects immediately."

Jozu laughed as well. "Don't embarrass the Phoenix Pirates once you get there, Fossa!"

Then he added with a wicked grin, "Make sure you beat her—not just in battle, but in bed too."

Fossa's face flushed crimson. Without a word, he punched Jozu squarely in the chest.

Marco stepped forward, his tone turning serious. "Once you arrive in Totto Land, take care of yourself. The Three Emperors Alliance has been formed, and both the World Government and the Marines won't sit idle."

He paused briefly. "The Big Mom Pirates are closest to Marineford. That makes the situation especially dangerous. If anything happens, contact us immediately. The Phoenix Pirates will always have your back."

"Understood," Fossa replied solemnly, nodding.

Nearby, Big Mom laughed heartily.

She hadn't expected Marco to strengthen Fossa so deliberately before his departure. This gift elevated Fossa's value—and combat power—significantly.

"Mamamamamama!" she laughed. "Don't worry, Marco. He's my son-in-law now. I won't let him suffer any mistreatment."

Marco nodded faintly, then looked at her with a thoughtful expression. "By the way—Brulee. She's the user of the Mirror-Mirror Fruit, correct?"

Big Mom raised an eyebrow in surprise. "Ho? It seems the Phoenix Pirates' intelligence network is sharper than I thought."

Although Brulee was her daughter, she had rarely ever left Totto Land. Her peculiar ability allowed the Big Mom Pirates to move freely and swiftly between the islands, making her an indispensable asset.

Marco continued calmly, "I hope you can leave one mirror behind. In case of an emergency, we'll be able to travel through Brulee's Mirror World immediately."

"Oh? You're quite cautious, Marco," Big Mom teased with a chuckle. Still, she didn't refuse. With a wave of her hand, she ordered her subordinates to remove a large mirror from the ship.

Marco looked at the three-meter-tall mirror and nodded to himself.

It might never be needed, but having it was insurance. And in this world, insurance often meant the difference between survival and disaster.

Meanwhile, on Fruit Island.

Monet lounged in casual clothes on a reclining chair, idly eating chilled watermelon while flipping through a book. She had been stationed on Fruit Island for more than half a month now.

As the island's chief administrator, her workload was light. The island housed only a few thousand residents, all of them fruit farmers. They tended their own orchards and fields, while a pirate crew handled security. Aside from the occasional report, Monet had little to do.

She was, frankly, bored.

Just then, the transponder snail resting against her chest suddenly rang.

Monet paused, surprised.

She retrieved the small snail from between her breasts, hesitating slightly before standing up. She returned to her room, closed the door behind her, and finally answered.

"…Hello."

The transponder snail's expression shifted into a sniveling, familiar shape.

"Monet… it's me. Trebol…"

Monet's eyes remained cold as she replied, "What do you want, Trebol?"

Even through the snail, Trebol sensed the chill in her tone. He asked anxiously, "Did something happen on your end? Why haven't you contacted us for so long? And—what are the Phoenix Pirates doing now?"

"I don't know," Monet replied flatly.

"You… don't know?" Trebol sounded startled. "Where are you right now?"

"I'm on Fruit Island," Monet answered calmly. "Because I used to be a spy, Marco doesn't trust me. He sent me here to manage the island."

"What?!" Trebol exclaimed. "Didn't you use your looks to stay by his side?"

Monet let out a faint, self-mocking laugh. "Trebol, don't be ridiculous. To someone at the level of a Yonko, beauty is the cheapest currency there is."

Trebol still pressed on. "Then why haven't you contacted us? Are you being watched by the Phoenix Pirates?"

Monet shook her head slowly. "No. No one's monitoring me at all. Marco even said that if I wanted to leave, I could do so at any time." She paused, her voice turning quieter. "He doesn't trust me—but he still gave me authority over an island."

After a brief silence, Monet spoke again, her tone steady. "We were naïve before. Truly powerful figures don't rely on schemes or tricks. If Marco suspected me, he didn't bother playing games—he simply kept me away from the core and exiled me to a harmless corner."

Her decision solidified.

Calmly, decisively, Monet said, "That's why I didn't contact you. I've decided to join the Phoenix Pirates."

She added, without hesitation, "Don't contact me again. And don't worry—I haven't revealed anything about your connection to the Blackbeard pirates."

The line went silent.

On Fruit Island, the breeze rustled through the orchards, and Monet leaned back in her chair—finally, completely severed from her past.
