Thankfully, the transformation stone is quite small, only slightly larger than the mark that most women in India place on their foreheads.
The pack kept on asking me questions such as if I am alright, if I'm feeling some sort of pain and so forth until I got annoyed since my answers don't seem to satisfy them.
I told them that I felt some pain when the transformation stone embedded itself on my forehead but the pain disappeared, though I felt tired despite having a quick nap while Lion was busy on trying to remove the transformation stone from my forehead earlier.
They still looked worried so to satisfy them for the meantime, I told them that I'm a bit hungry in which Lion handed me gently to Ghost while he, Sly and Alpha went off to hunt.
It's Ghost and Orm who are left with me though they don't seem to mind as they are not predators but they sometimes hunted for my sake.
Ghost gave me a quick, soft kiss before handing me to Orm as he hurriedly prepared the essential stuff he needed for cooking.
Seeing that he is the one preparing the cooking equipment made me realize that he is the one cooking this time.
So he must have other food ingredients available besides the meat that the others are going to bring back from hunting.
Though he doesn't eat meat, he cooks it for me but not for the others as he made it known to them that they can eat their share raw, much to their annoyance.
If meat is on the menu, it's always Sly who cooks it though Alpha assisted him.
Lucky for me that all of them knows how to cook but it's Ghost who takes the crown.
But if they see me in good condition, they will give me all sorts of affection while casually mentioning the dishes they want me to cook.
I don't mind at all as cooking for them is one of my ways of giving them affection.
While Ghost is busy also with setting up camp, Orm coiled his tail around me while braiding my hair, telling me all sorts of interesting stories then tenderly gave me kisses on my neck.
He gently raised my arm towards him as he licked the mating mark i have with him in which a sudden thought came into my mind.
I asked him if he is still affected with the cold even though he uses his ice elemental magic more often.
With amusement in his eyes, he assured me that he's no longer affected unlike before. He still doesn't like the cold that much though. But he can now move and cast his magic with increased speed in a cold environment.
He pondered for a bit before telling me that he has something to show me.

With his hand near me, a tiny flower sculpture made out of ice appeared on his palm and he handed it to me with a slight blush on his cheeks.

I thanked him with so much enthusiasm that Ghost approached us with curiosity.
He studied the flower before telling me that he can also do that and with a grin towards Orm, a glow surrounded him as all sorts of flower sculptures made out of rock appeared all around us.
Um. It looks nice.. if it weren't for the fact that it is too huge that it towers all of us.
Orm raised an eyebrow at him before casting a spell that created an enormous flower sculpture made out of ice in front of us.
This is nice.. but I think both of them should stop before it goes out of hand..
My thoughts were interrupted as Ghost retaliated by making an even BIGGER flower sculpture in which Orm also struck back by making snow fall down on us but after looking at a snowflake closely, to my amazement, the shape is a flower.
Ghost doesn't want to be defeated so he also made a flower garden around us made out of soil, rock, whatever he used with his magic.
I love flowers but even this is too much for me.
Soon, it became a competition between them that ended up being a duel that lasted until the others came back from hunting.
Seeing Lion come back from hunting gave me relief as the madness of Orm and Ghost can finally stop.
But to my dismay, Lion simply shook his head and gave a grin towards them while conjuring all sorts of flowers falling from the sky while saying that they are still amateurs.
No! Don't make it worse!
I facepalmed myself as it ended up in an all-out competition among the pack that resulted in a free-for-all duel but not before Lion placing a protection spell around the camp.
Safety first.
While the pack were busy with their free-for-all duel, I calmly cooked the meat that they got from hunting while trying to ignore the chaos around me.
It's been so long that I've cooked! I miss cooking for everyone!
I kept myself preoccupied with cooking all sorts of dishes that smelled tantalizing that soon, everyone gathered around me as they asked for a small sample of my cooking.
It's a good thing that I managed to make some meals for the non-meat eaters too as I found several dried up fruits inside Ghost's bag earlier.
Don't get me started on what else I've found inside Ghost's bag. It's like you're in another world. He's definitely a hoarder.
But seeing the dried up fruits reminded me about my plan on making new businesses for us.
After everything was ready, everyone helped in placing all the food on a small table that Lion managed to conjure using his magic.
As I grinned, they immediately devoured everything, leaving me to slowly enjoy my soup.
Lion noticed me and exclaimed that I ate too little and tried to give me some of his food. I hurriedly declined and reassured him that I ate a bit while cooking earlier.
A white lie.
It's true that I ate a bit but for tasting purposes.
To be honest, I felt kind of queasy but I brushed it off, as the cause might be the smell of the condiments I'm using while cooking.
I'm not pregnant, just to be clear.
Lion and I haven't had intercourse for quite sometime already so it's definitely not that.
Not to mention that Myra already told me that it's difficult for me to get pregnant because Lion and I are too different.
I still haven't told him.
After everything was cleared away, Alpha suddenly stood up and sniffed the air, then informed us that a massive storm is on its way towards our location.
Sly asked him on what kind of storm in which Alpha told him with a somber face that it is a blood rainstorm.

Sly immediately carried me in his arms while Lion became busy in making an extremely sturdy shelter for us.
As for Orm, he is engrossed on placing all sorts of protection spells surrounding our area.
With huge steps, Sly entered the shelter while carrying me in his arms as Alpha and Ghost dug through the ground inside.
Now they are making me curious on what is a blood rainstorm. Is it about raining blood?
I don't think I've read about it. The storms I'm familiar with are those that happen also in real life back in my previous world.
The storms that they have in this world are so strange. So far, I've only experienced some snowstorm back at the snowy mountains, the ashfall at the fiery plains and the sandstorms we experienced in this land.
Oh and the storms back at the five seas. I almost forgot about those.
So far, none of those storms that we experienced before are not making the pack act like this so it's giving me anxiety while observing them.
Sly noticed me being anxious that he instantly licked my neck then nuzzled me all over my ear as he told me that he'll explain everything as soon as we get settled down.
He better explain it to me as I'm getting really nervous watching them!

The underground chamber that Ghost and Alpha made, looks cosy as they tried to make it comfortable for me as much as possible.
Lion and Orm joined us after they finished placing all sorts of protection and magical barriers on our shelter and the area surrounding it.
Sly sat down, placed me on his lap and tenderly embraced me as he tried to explain what a blood rainstorm is.
According to him, many believed that the blood rainstorm signifies dark omens, magical catastrophes or the manifestation of a curse.
He scoffed as he admitted that he doesn't really believe that though he avoided the blood rainstorm because it is so corrosive that it is capable of burning and damaging his thick hide and scales when he is on his dragon form.
I could just imagine the injury it may cause me especially that I don't have regenerating abilities like them.
Ghost interrupted Sly by saying that it is quite smelly too that's why he and Alpha made a cavern deep enough for us to wait until it passes over.
Good idea as Alpha has the most sensitive sense of smell among us all.
I see. I don't mind at all except that it is quite dark here.
It doesn't matter to them as they have excellent night vision.
Seeing that I'm a bit bothered with the darkness, Lion took out the artifact that he made that provided light for us in our former home and activated it.
Finally!
He grinned at me and continued to place all sorts of protection spells inside the chamber, that made me think that he is getting paranoid after knowing that I'm extremely vulnerable to the demons.
Orm is paranoid as well as he joined Lion too in placing protection spells, as well as adding a few traps here and there.
Seeing that our chamber is getting a bit cramped after trying to arrange all our stuff inside, Ghost and Alpha extended the size of our chamber and even added a smaller room in which they made a space for a pool as well.
How many days are we staying here?!
Sly laughed upon seeing my face and told me that the blood rainstorm usually lasts for several days and it's not even safe to go outside immediately after it's over.
If it takes too long, then we would travel underground instead. But for now, we stay put.
I see.
After glancing around and seeing that the rest of the pack seemed too busy, Sly covered us with his wings and passionately kissed me. We kept on kissing until he reluctantly pulled back and gave a sigh as he stared at me while touching the transformation stone on my forehead.
He reminded me to tell him if I feel weird, strange or any slight pain on my body, especially my forehead.
I felt queasy earlier but it must be because of the condiments so it doesn't count.
So I nodded as I snuggled towards him.

There's nothing to do and the pack soon became bored.
I'm not in the mood to play games as well despite them nagging me to teach them some games just like dad and his underlings.
It was not for fun! I made it just to save them!
Sigh.
Oh, alright but later.
Suddenly, I remembered my latest business ideas that I haven't shared to them yet.
Seeing me grinning at them, the pack immediately sat up in anticipation in which I told them to list everything that I said.
Lion conjured up several scrolls and quills then gave everything to Orm and Alpha.
And seeing them waiting in excitement, I cleared my throat and told them my ideas.

Everyone agreed on my business idea of making preserved food for travel.
Ghost took some scrolls and immediately listed all sorts of food that can be preserved. He and Sly were soon busy on making plans about it.
I halted their discussion and told them to include opening a bakery business as well in which they looked confused at first.
After explaining everything to them, the looks on their faces showed that they won't be bored for a long time.
Lion, Alpha and Orm looked at them with interest as they seemed that they want to join them but I told them not to as I have different plans for them.
Of course they instantly gave me their attention and I told them my ideas.
Orm was soon busy designing new kinds of kitchen equipment for our new businesses while Lion is trying to think of how to make a handy communication device exclusive for us.
Similar to a cellphone.
It would be helpful in trying to communicate not using magic as communication at far distances requires a huge amount of magic and energy.
Not to mention that the scrolls and other stuff used for it are too expensive for one time use.
Since I'm not allowed to be alone anymore because of my safety which I definitely don't mind at all, Lion is planning to make four devices at first but added one more for Khamsin.
And another one for dad as well.
Leon was not included. He can use his magic or scrolls as he can easily afford those, according to Lion.
Now Alpha is busy as well as I told him about the concept of having a delivery business but using ords. Back then, it was either him or Ghost who has to do delivery all the time. When we became too busy with our missions, the delivery was assigned to some of Puma's offsprings but it is getting too much for them since all our businesses are in huge demand.
Not only ords but magical devices that are similar to drones but you set the coordinates of the location in which it can deliver by itself without mishaps.
Now everyone is busy except me.

I spent my time in the pool instead.
It is very warm and comfortable and it made my body relaxed.
I didn't tell the pack about this but my forehead seems a bit heavier than usual.
Aside from the constant headaches that I kept experiencing, my forehead feels weird.
But there's no pain though.
Lately, I spent more time in the pool that Lion tried to reassure me that I definitely do not smell at all and even if I did, he doesn't mind at all.
I gave him a gentle bite on his neck, knowing that he can't do anything for now. He looked at me with intense arousal in his eyes as he kept murmuring all sorts of stuff like he would keep us in our bedroom at our castle for an entire week as soon as we get back in the territory.
We'll see about that.
But to be honest, my body feels a bit..
How do I say it?
I felt relieved as soon as I submerged my body in the warm water. However, by the time I got out of the pool, it feels too cold that I immediately return to submerging my body back in the water.
I must be lacking some nutrients as we don't have much variety of food here except meat and some dried fruits.
And those unappetizing nuts.
We have plenty of those.
I'd rather starve.
I'm definitely lacking nutrients as my body is getting too stiff that I kept massaging it until Lion noticed and gave me several satisfying massages but not without teasing me while doing it.

Finally, after staying inside the chamber for several days, Lion declared that it's safe for us to go out and carried me in his arms while the rest of the pack went ahead to make sure that it's really safe for me to go out.
After everyone went out, Lion just stood there without saying or moving at all, making me worried until he suddenly smiled mischievously at me and...
Ah, I see.
He couldn't wait for us to go back to the territory to do it.
We had a quick but satisfying intercourse before joining the rest of the pack outside.
