Chapter 186: Still Like Ants on the Ground

For a moment, Atomic Samurai gained a deeper understanding of King's power.

Before, he only felt that King was far stronger than himself, but as for exactly how strong, he had no idea.

Now, Atomic Samurai finally understood what a truly powerful person was.

A truly powerful person can suppress someone just by standing there with their so-called pressure.

In front of King, Atomic Samurai felt that as a Great Swordsman, he didn't even have the courage to draw his sword; he had practically turned into a soft, cute little bunny.

"What is it, Atomic Samurai? Do you need something from me?"

King's low, steady voice exploded in Atomic Samurai's ears like thunder. He finally snapped out of it, his expression instantly becoming incredibly serious and solemn.

Atomic Samurai took a deep breath and said earnestly:

"King, I have a request. Could we have a spar? I want to see the gap in my own swordsmanship."

Hearing Atomic Samurai's invitation, King was stunned for a moment and instinctively prepared to refuse.

He didn't feel like dealing with this little guy; after all, the gap between Atomic Samurai and his current level was too large. Even a spar wouldn't yield any results.

Under the crushing weight of sheer stats, all techniques were futile.

King also felt he had nothing to teach. The only aspect of martial arts he had touched upon was the Emperor Fist; all his other skills relied on transcendent stats.

Just then, the System popped up out of nowhere, offering options for such an insignificant matter.

[Ding! Congratulations to the host for triggering options!]

[Option 1: Accept Atomic Samurai's request and have a spar with him like an adult playing with a child, letting him feel the flaws in his swordsmanship. The only requirement: avoid accidentally crushing Atomic Samurai to death.]

[Option 1 Reward: System Item × 1]

[Option 2: Refuse Atomic Samurai's request, enjoy your own time, and let Atomic Samurai return to achieve an Epiphany in swordsmanship on his own, making him understand that only one's own strength is true strength, and following others' paths is ultimately an unadvisable measure.]

[Option 2 Reward: Random System Item × 1]

[Option 3: Kick Atomic Samurai away and humiliate him ruthlessly, telling him he is nothing without strength. Tell him to get lost to avoid staining the host's sight; breathing the same air as a weakling like him is the ultimate disgrace.]

[Option 3 Reward: "Battle Bliss" Title × 1]

"Battle Bliss" Title: Increases all attributes by 2% during combat. The boost effect disappears automatically after leaving combat.

Oh? It's actually a three-option choice!

King couldn't help but widen his eyes; this was the first time he had seen three options together, a situation that had never occurred before.

Option 3 was definitely the first to be excluded. Although King was a bit mischievous at times, he wouldn't go so far as to humiliate a fellow hero.

After all, the other party wasn't a bad person, and he wasn't someone who bullied the weak or lived by the law of the jungle. There was no need for that.

As for Option 1 and Option 2, it was simply a matter of accepting or refusing Atomic Samurai's request, and the rewards were identical.

King automatically ignored the third option and, after some thought, chose the first one.

He also wanted to see how massive the gap was between his current level and a pathetically weak Dragon Level.

"Fine, I accept your request."

After several seconds of silence, just as Atomic Samurai thought King would refuse him without hesitation, he agreed.

Hearing this, Atomic Samurai was overjoyed. His excitement led him to bow to King:

"Thank you so much. When shall we begin?"

King looked at his half-eaten trendy meal. He was about to toss it aside when the image of a certain old man suddenly flashed through his mind.

He was silent for two seconds before speaking somewhat helplessly:

"No rush. Wait until I finish my meal."

Better not to waste food; after all, every grain comes from hard work.

But the chef at this restaurant was a real beast, making perfectly good raw ingredients taste as bad as crap.

Finishing the meal in a few bites, King walked out of the restaurant with Atomic Samurai and flew toward the distant suburbs.

After the earth-shattering battle with the Bald Demon King, starting a baby-level fight with a Dragon Level felt a bit strange.

Landing in the suburbs and stepping onto the soft yellow sand, King looked at Atomic Samurai across from him, whose presence was so weak it was almost negligible. His expression grew increasingly odd.

Is he a bit too weak? Or am I too strong?

The difference in their presence was no longer a division between strong and weak; it was greater than the gap between Tyson and an ant.

Even though Atomic Samurai was standing right in front of him, in King's perception, he was still like an ant on the ground.
